This set the dealership apart from others— being able to demonstrate the features of Volvo, and there are many—sold us at the end of the day. Even after we made the deal, Kelvin sat with us and re-explained the features. Kudos Kelvin. In addition, Marquel, the sales manager, did his utmost to give us a fair price.
