Staff members were all very courteous, and helpful. They showed genuine interest in working with us to resolve issues with our purchase. Our sales persons were knowledgeable and patient. We bought a used car, and took it back due to an issue. It would be an expensive repair but they did offer to fix it with no hesitation. And when we changed our mind and asked to swap for a different car, they agreed. Again, we didn’t have to fight our way through it. All staffers remained calm and courteous through out the whole process. All paperwork had to be redone, including DMV stuffs. The front desk lady was also helpful, and knew where and how to find people for us. The service desk staff that provided us with a rental car was also helpful and courteous. The accounting/finance staffer, Anita, was knowledgeable and explained things slowly and clearly. She made going through paperwork a breeze. Lastly, when we bumped into any employees at the facility, we always got warm greeting. More
