Had to wait 3 weeks for service, had 8 am appointment, car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for f car sat an hour before being service, bill doesn’t show what was done in 60,000 maintenance just stating 60,000 mile service performed, charged for filling washer fluid when service was performed a week before. Had my vehicle picked up for scheduled service on the 6th. The advisor called several hours later saying my car should be ready that evening or first thing the next day. On the 7th I didn't recieve any 6th. The advisor called several hours later saying my car should be ready that evening or first thing the next day. On the 7th I didn't recieve any communication from the dealership until I reached out around 2 pm. The representative couldn't find my car in the system. When it was eventually located, they still had not looked at my car. As a solution the representative offered to let me rent a car at my expense until my car was serviced. I declined and requested my car back. They returned my car, unworked on but with car settings changed, notably that my headlights were no longer set to automatic, something I haven't turned off since getting the car 3 years ago. I am now sitting in an NTB getting a new battery for to the privilege of this dealer not working on my car. More
