He showed me the car and all the technology installed with passion. TW made sure to answer all my questions. When I decided to go ahead and lease the car. TW and his Manager (Marc) were flexible and fair during cost negotiations. Even when I sat with the finance manager, Sarah, and I wanted to further negotiate additional plans, she and Marc were very accommodating. All stayed four more hours after closure and were very patient. Thank you all very this great and humane car buying experience that I have never seen in any other dealer. Highly recommend this place. When TW knew that the car was a surprise for my wife. He decorated the car with balloons and helped me in arranging this nice gesture for her. It really made her day and she couldn’t stop smiling.
