Frank listen to what I wanted and worked back and forth with his manager to obtain a deal that worked for me; thats not what I'm use to, I use to have the salesman and dealership push me into what is best for them. They were able to offer me a trade for my vehicle by reviewing pictures and the service records, and they honored the trade upon my arrival (a 5 hour drive away).
