My experience with Lindsay Volkswagen was very positive. I have waited for our car to come in for almost a year and a half and Clyde Htoon made the wait bearable. The purchasing process was straight forward and the commitments that were made with regard to pricing was met, no questions asked. Clyde Htoon helped us with our purchase of a 2019 Tiguan. He was extremely helpful with showing us a number of cars prior to our making a final decision. Larry Shiro, in the finance department, was also very helpful in explaining all the paperwork and making sure we didn't spend ALL day in the dealership. Would definitely buy here again!! More
At the dealership now, haven’t yet got all the paperwork completed, but there have been several challenges: 1) Contrary to every other dealership I’ve made purchases at, this dealership doesn’t let you lea completed, but there have been several challenges: 1) Contrary to every other dealership I’ve made purchases at, this dealership doesn’t let you leave with the car the same day. 2) When you are paying the full price up front, they still want you to sign a form saying if you don’t get 3rd party financing, they have the right to take the car back 3) the sales guy asked a finance person, Palio, to get us through the forms while the sales guy helped another customer. With every single form he gave us to sign, Paolo showed his displeasure by saying “This is form X that the sales guy should have had you sign downstairs.” 4) Paolo wanted us to sign a form that says our car does not come with a warranty, when in fact it does. Instead of telling us the difference between a dealership warranty (stated in the form) and the manufacturers warranty, he got very irritated and kept saying “if I go downstairs and get you the warranty paperwork - after I’ve worked a 12 hour shift - would that help you sleep at night?” He literally said this three times - I’ll let you imagine the tone. 5) Paolo assured us that the 2nd key we were promised was “downstairs” and had us sign a form saying we were NOT owed a 2nd key. And of course, when we got downstairs, there was no 2nd key. 6) After dealing with that, we were then told we’d need to bring the car back in a couple weeks to get a 2nd key programmed - rather difficult to do when the person buying the car was taking the car to his home a couple hundred miles away for school - and it would be nowhere near convenient to come back. Haben helped us find a plan B for the key thing, but it means we have to get the get in the mail, take it to a different dealer, PAY the other dealer, then figure out how to get this dealer to reimburse the cost. More

I purchased a 2013 Infiniti QX56 on December 2nd 2022 for $21400 and I was very impressed with salesman and he did a great job! On December 20th we noticed the check engine light came on and thought it could be just a gas cap issue and when I was handed a $3700 repair estimate, I was shocked and called salesman and set up an appointment at Lindsey VW and when I got to the dealership I was told the used car manager is off today and since the people at Infiniti turned off the check engine light , nothing could be done at that moment and we were told to come back when the light is On and light just came back on yesterday and we took the car in this morning and after spending hours at the dealership we were told Good Luck and you are on your own and as soon as the car leaves the lot , we are done with the car! I have been in retail for over 27 years and this was the first bad experience with a reputable franchise dealership and made me very upset but I’m not going to give up and I’m going to contact Mr Lindsey in person and let him know what kind of service his employees are offering people in this tough economy! More
I had the worst experience working with these used car sales cons. We started the process while I was the first to negotiate, and then they found someone to force me to talk on their schedule when all th sales cons. They worked a separate deal with someone else at the same time. These folks starting with their manager, are cons. Do not waste time with folks who fit the reputation of used car bums. Clueless about business ethics and policies. They find every excuse but what goes around comes around. More

The day the car was delivered he had it processed, detailed and I got it the same day! I was so excited and grateful for his hard work to make it happen. Process was seamless and speedy. Issam Awar, the Finance Manager was awesome. He worked efficiently to get us in and out and got us the best pricing possible for our new purchase. We were treated like family. Everyone was great! Can't say enough about the pleasant experience. More
