Maybe they're ok for a new car but not a used car. The purchase experience wasn't great, they refused to honor the price I saw online and said it was a mistake. I really wanted the car (2016 Maserati Ghibli) so I decided to buy it anyway. 2 days after our complimentary 90 day warranty ended, the car wouldn't accelerate. Turns out I have a defective fuel rail with pressure sensor causing a strain on fuel system, which caused fuel pumps to go bad and foul plugs. I now have to pay $8,000 for this repair just 3 months after buying this car. I called the dealership twice and they refused to assist. They claim to have done extensive testing and rigorous inspection, funny they missed an $8,000 repair. I had to learn an $8,000 lesson, don't let it happen to you too! More

VW suspended online orders of their 2023 all-electric ID. 4 and finding one in the right trim can be really difficult. I called half a dozen dealers in the area without much success. However, Clyde Htoon at Lindsay VW of Dullas said he would call me back if one came in and wasn't reserved and sure enough, I got a call a couple of weeks later. Lindsay VW is the largest dealership in the area with the largest inventory, perhaps because they were the only dealership of four I left my name with to call back with a vehicle. The sales process was smooth enough. There was the obligatory add-ons discussion but at least none of the deceptive tricks I have dealt with at other dealerships. Overall, a great transaction and we love our new ID.4! More
