Harry did a FANTASTIC job! I sent in a request over the internet and he contacted me promptly. I work as a meeting planning and have a crazy schedule. I was able to come to the dealership feeling really comfortable about the car, its safety and what I could expect in terms of pricing. It was great, I just needed to test drive it (you can't do that over email!) I knew the Lindsay experience would be a GREAT one because he made me feel comfortable with the decisions every step of the way. We first went to Lindsay Volkswagon because their site indicated that they had the car we were interested in test driving on the lot, whereas the dealer much closer to us did not. We met Alfonso Montever indicated that they had the car we were interested in test driving on the lot, whereas the dealer much closer to us did not. We met Alfonso Monteverde and were sold on the dealership. He was extremely respectful, relaxed, and professional. He quickly saw that we were not going to buy a car on first seeing it. So he answered all our questions, gave us the literature we needed and let us go do our pondering. He checked in on us in a manner that showed he was interested in meeting our needs but not in a badgering or intrusive manner. When we were ready he set up a time, at our convenience, so that we would not have to wait around. Our negotiation was wonderful. No making us sit and wait for the "I'd love to give you this price but I have to check with my manager..yada yada yada". None of the "Well what do you think is a fair price for this car?" or any of the other ploys that makes buying a car an ordeal. We got a great price in all of 10 minutes. It was such a relief. We wanted a car configured an uncommon way so we had to order it. He processed all the paperwork and had us out of there in 30 minutes start to finish. He kept us in the loop on when our car would arrive. It actually came in early and he stayed late to let us come in and pick it up. Receiving a new car is always a happy moment but so often it is the joy after an ordeal. Alfonso and Lindsay completely changed that around. We were happy with every moment we spent with them. Stopped by just to take a look at their used cars one afternoon. A nice gentleman named Nick approached me and offered his assistance. To make a long story short we purchased a Jetta for my daughter (she loves it more everyday). Then, 6 weeks later I had to see him again, cuz I know he'll give me the best price in the area. I was due for a car, but with such an investment, I wanted to be sure I purchased a solid, reliable, safe vehicle. I do a lot of driving and wanted to be in style for a change too. I was very fortunate to run into a salesman who thought about my needs before trying to make a sale. He always returned my phone calls, he would answer all my questions, and if he wasn't sure he immediately went to find out. I wasn't sure about the process of purchasing a car and working with him made me feel very comfortable. During the early afternoon after I called him and told him I'd be over there to sit and talk, he took the initiative to send the car in for clean up, and a full tank of gas. OMG it was so gorgeous. Showroom perfect. If you're looking for a car, check out Mr. Nick. You won't regret it, in fact, you'll end up like me writing a review about him and his dealership. I submitted an online request to take a look at a VW Golf TDI and was contacted within an hour by the Internet Sales Manager. To follow up, Lisan Rahman, easily the most confident, thorough, and knowledgeabl TDI and was contacted within an hour by the Internet Sales Manager. To follow up, Lisan Rahman, easily the most confident, thorough, and knowledgeable sales professional I've encountered called me and personally spoke with me for over an HOUR. He didn't rush me, he didn't act as though any of my questions were elementary, and he was honest but encouraging. He made an effort to connect with me personally and go over any concerns I might have one by one. Upon getting to the dealership, Lisan greeted us and, in a rare display of complete trust and confidence, gave us the car we requested, without supervision, for as long as we wanted. He encouraged a thorough drive, assuredly stating that any car drives well at 5 MPH and that we should drive the Golf as we normally do to assess performance. Through this process we were able to drive to get lunch, take it on back roads, take it on highways, and test all the functionality of both the exterior and interior. Upon returning to the dealership we were sold on the model, but not on the color or features, and Lisan exhibited extreme patience while we debated back and forth. This process took a solid 5 hours. When we were finally ready to get into financing, the hour wait to which was somewhat excruciating considering we already submitted pre-approval financing online, Lisan checked in with us, brought us waters, made us laugh...basically, he was seeing the sales process through by not abandoning us at the least exciting point (i.e. giving people a lot of your money). Larry Schiro in Finance was just as helpful. He's calm, knowledgeable, and explains all of your options while also throwing in personal anecdotes to better prepare you for your personal experience. We felt confident following his recommendations and respect his proficiency in the financial field. Once we had sealed the deal, Lisan again took us to our new car, set up the Bluetooth for us, helped us with radio presets, and answered remaining questions. He was there until we were 100% certain with our decision before actually driving that car off the lot. It bolstered our resolution to make this huge decision, which we've (my husband and I) never undertaken together before, and which is still somewhat scary. But we know that we've still got support at the dealership if we need it. About the dealership itself: having visited another (unnamed) VW dealership in the area and having not received anything close to respect or even 50% product awareness, we were blown away by Lindsay VW. For one, there's space to browse inventory, space to test drive, excellent Internet pricing, and even nice waiting areas. It was what you SHOULD experience when you're anticipating spending what is an annual salary to some in one day. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. 100% recommended. More

Luckily, we got out of there before we did and went to Lindsay VW. Everyone we worked with at Lindsay was so helpful, hospitable, and polite. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We traded in our old car, which is a process we were not looking forward to, but they made it stress-free for us. The price of the car we wanted was unbeatable; we were able to get the car we loved, without stressing about the payments. Derik and Bruce were both amazing throughout the entire process. Derik was sure to explain everything there was to know about our new car and answered any additional questions that we had about the buying process, etc. I cannot express how easy and fun they made this purchase for us, where some dealerships make it so stressful and put so much pressure on you. It felt like we were already repeat buyers with the focused attention that we received. We will definitely come back to Lindsay VW when we are ready to buy again, and will recommend them to all of our friends and family! More
