Lisan my sales guy was very courteous, professional and efficient with my purchase. He didn't treat me like an idiot and I liked how is totally got what I was looking for in my service experience. During my paperwork, Lisan entertained me talking about current events. He is very intelligent. It made me feel at ease with the buying process. I didn't feel like I was in there to get wheeled and dealed, I felt like I was chatting it up with my good friend. Lisan is incredibly personable. A welcome relief to some of the dry, old car salesman, who only know you as a part of their commission check. Lisan made it a point to introduce me to people who can help me in the event he is unavailable. Harry Vannie, another sales agent, handled my delivery. He was excellent. Again very personalable and not like a typical sales person. I like to describe the relationship between Lisan and Harry, as Batman and Robin. Not like normal dealerships where the sales agents are going behind each other's backs to get a sale. These two are an amazing team. While Harry helped me during delivery, Lisan was there to help move things from my trade in to my new car. Lisan and Harry deliver the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. I feel like I have made friends for life with these two guys. They truly are a class act. And I didn't even mention that when you meet these guys, you think you're looking at pages in GQ. Very handsome and well groomed. He really knew his car models and recent design changes. He provided me an extremely competitive price at the end of the day & told me to think about it. My wife and I were also impressed with the sales manager, who was very efficient and straightforward in negotiations. This is a very good sales dealership for the knowledgeable customer. They dont seem to play any games or use any pressure sales tactics. They know their prices are competitive and their staff seems very experienced and tenured. I dont know if i got lucky, or if the internet contacts made a difference, but i have walked in off the street at other dealers (without having a good contact name, just wanting a test drive) and let me just say the experience is not the same.
