I visited a couple other VW dealers in area and the service level was awful and it was like my business didnt matter. Lindsay was the complete opposite. They treated me farily and didnt overwhelm me with phone calls or emails after my visit. Also, the car i wanted wasn't available at this dealer and wasnt really available in many dealers on east coast so took a little digging. He and Chris Alvarez, sales maanger, stepped up and foun dmy car in a bout a week and had it delivered to the store for me to buy. They went above the call of duty on this sale and i really appreciate it. I would certainly buy from this dealer again when its time to trade in or up. Thanks Dave! More

Never did I feel guilty for bothering him, even though I have called at various times of the day. I am new to car-buying, and I always expected a target to be over my head when I went to purchase a vehicle. The opposite was true, as Reza gave me a great test drive and really let me experience the vehicle. He talked me through all of the options openly and candidly, and even saved me a few thousand dollars in the process. I cannot emphasize enough about how great my experience was with him. A class-act in every way, and a terrific dealer. If I am buying a VW in the future I will travel from wherever I am just to work with him. That's how impressed I am with his assistance and knowledge. I've recently completed purchasing a new car at Lindsay Volkswagen, the second car I've purchased from this dealership in 5 years. I had an excellent experience the first time and thought it would be hard to improve on that experience. I was wrong. Lindsay knocked it out of the park! In particular, I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. David Roques, an extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and committed sales person who made me feel as though I was his most important customer. To help explain this, it's important to point out that the particular car I was interest in - a black 2012 3.6L CC with 4Motion - was very hard to find. David worked tirelessly to find the exact car I was after, scouring the East Coast and locating and securing the vehicle within a few days. He then worked equally hard to locate the hard-to-find optional wheels I had seen in a brochure. The amount of time it took must have been considerable, though David's excitement and commitment to getting me the exact car I wanted never diminished. What always impressed me was how regularly David communicated with me, always making sure I knew where we were in the process and what we could expect next. This was true both when we were searching for the car itself and later for the custom wheels. David left me confident in the knowledge that my business was appreciated and that I had made the right decision to by this car, at this dealership, and from this salesperson. Kudos Lindsay, and kudos David - you're both rockstars in my book! More

I called Lindsay VW after seeing a listing for a 2004 Toyota Corolla at Autotrader.com. I was concerned because the dealer's website did not have a picture of the car, but when I called, Mr. Htoon explai Toyota Corolla at Autotrader.com. I was concerned because the dealer's website did not have a picture of the car, but when I called, Mr. Htoon explained that the car had just been traded in and the information would be added soon. We arranged for a test drive for that evening and when I arrived, Mr. Htoon presented me with a Carfax report and a listing of the extensive service that had been done by the dealer on the car. The car was immaculate, the miles were as stated, and Mr. Htoon took great care to go over the car with me, even pointing out a small ding on the passenger side which he agreed to fix before delivery. I was very impressed by the care that the dealership had taken to put the car in top shape and felt comfortable buying the car that evening. I picked it up a couple of days later and everything was as promised. All along the way, Mr. Htoon kept me informed about the process and was an excellent salesman. In addition, the gentleman who handled the financial paperwork was very professional and moved through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. From start to finish I purchased the car in 2-1/2 hours and am very satisfied with my purchase 6 days later. I live in Richmond, but I would gladly drive back to Sterling to work with this dealership when I need another car. More
