He conducted the brief negotiations in person and was more than willing to entertain any reasonable request on price and questions or issues with the automobile I was interested in purchasing. The accountant was extremely professional and courteous as well. It was overall one of the best shopping experiences I've had buying a car and definitely the best in the Washington DC/Northern VA area.
