Clyde is awesome. he delivered great customer service, extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I so happen to be looking at cars at another dealership, when I saw a 2007 Dodge Caliber. I didn't like the price that they had listed, but I fell in love with the vehicle itself. Went home to look up more information and came across Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles, with the same vehicle, less mileage and a lot lower price. Went over to see for myself and decided I was going to get it. Clyde walked me through all the details of the vehicle, waited for me to come back the next day to test drive it. Followed up with me over the next few days, helped me get financed and gave me a good deal to trade in my old corolla. Had the Caliber cleaned up, detailed, waxed and even gave me a full tank of gas. As I said before Clyde is awesome!!!!!! I finally have a vehicle that is perfect size for me, not to big and not too small. Can carry my kids and I to where ever I need to go. Lindsay VW treated me right when I bought a used Rabbit in 2009, so when I decided my next car would be a new GTI, I came back to them. Eric treated me fairly the whole time; he gave a a fair price on the in 2009, so when I decided my next car would be a new GTI, I came back to them. Eric treated me fairly the whole time; he gave a a fair price on the car without any haggling, he accommodated my requests on my trade-in, and he was prompt and courteous in all communication, both before and after I took the car home. If something should happen to my new car, I'll be back in Lindsay's showroom. If any of my friends were in the market for a new car, I would steer them towards this dealership and this salesman without a moment's hesitation. I can't recommend these folks highly enough! More

I saw the 2012 VW Beetle at the Herndon Festival in May and had been thinking and researching about it since. On the evening of July 9, I visited Lindsay Volkswagen and met with Harry Vannie. We hit it off from the start and the whole car-buying experience was actually enjoyable. At other dealerships, I've felt like chum amongst sharks and have dealt with high pressure and chauvinistic salesmen. Harry's approach was a complete 180. He understood and respected that I knew what I wanted and went above and beyond to get the exact car of my dreams. It took a few days to get everything in order, but I got my car within the week. I was so happy with the experience that my husband decided to buy a 2012 VW Golf TDI the day after I took possession of my Beetle. We've been singing Harry's and Lindsay Volkswagen's praises ever since. More

She also accommodated my special circumstances - moving back to the US after several years abroad and wanting to buy a car first thing upon arrival. Megan was prompt and thorough in answering the numerous e-mails I sent while still abroad and was welcoming when I finally arrived in person at the dealership. I was able to test drive, finalize paperwork, get a good price with great financing, and get familiarized with the car's features all within a couple of hours.
