I think I got a good deal, but I can never give any Virginia dealer full marks on price until they stop charging the ridiculous $399 processing fees. Would I recommend them for new car buyers: yes. Would I buy another car from them in the future: so far, yes. We'll see how my ownership experience is when I need to have the car serviced. More

Before we visited the dealerships, we had done a good amount of research and narrowed our options. Since my last car purchase was a private sale, I hadn't worked with a dealership in years. It was interesting - there is quite a marked difference between the selling styles and the dealership cultures. There were several dealerships that I did not want to work with. That said, we had a great experience at Lindsay. Clyde Htoon was very personable, professional - we felt that we were making an informed decision based on the details he provided us - and I trusted him. After test driving at several dealerships, I felt confident that I wanted to do business with Lindsay. I had been debating between two models and Blake Curtis, the Used Car Manager, helped me to finalize the decision. Mr. Htoon was scheduled to be OOTO the day I decided to purchase my Tiguan, but he came into work - he was patient, answered all of my questions, helped me with my trade, explained the features of the car and helped me setup the Bluetooth. We worked with Alan Gaddy in Finance - I don't recall having so much fun taking out a loan before! We really had an overall great experience at Lindsay and I really LOVE my Tiguan. Not only would I recommend Lindsay to a friend, but I plan to visit them again when it's time for my next purchase. Thank you, Lindsay! =) More
I am surprised to see him smile in this picture since I have never seen him smile to me or any other customer. This guy behaves like he owns the place. I have been to Lindsay VW several times to service my car and each I met him, he always answered negatively to all my requests. Here are a few of his lines: - we are too busy this week to take your car in for servicing. - we are fully booked for this week. - etc. He is always giving negative answers. But when I speak to someone like Robbie or Mathhew, they are quick to suggest a date and time for me to take my car in for servicing. AVoid him. I usually like to deal with agents like Robbie(who unfortunately left the company). Now my favorite agent is Matthew. He is nice and very helpful, though not a Robbie, he is cool and very friendly. More
I was originally brought to Lindsay Volkswagen after a negative experience at another dealer which left me nervous and stressed. After dealing with Lindsay, I will never go to another dealership. He showed me the exact Model I was interested in and didn’t push me to add on features that I found unnecessary. He was approachable and upfront about the price. Lindsay gave me a fair value for my trade and the paperwork processed so quickly that I had to wait while my new Jetta finished being detailed. The experience exceeded my expectations and made my first car buying experience fun and stress free! More

Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles is an outstanding facility; always a pleasure to visit; truly exceptional service! The TDI vehicles we had expressed an interest in were prepared for a test drive and waiting always a pleasure to visit; truly exceptional service! The TDI vehicles we had expressed an interest in were prepared for a test drive and waiting for us. The selection fully met our expectations and facilitated our decision making. If we could give Tom Horton a rating above 5 we would... He is truly exceptional and that is why we keep coming back to VW, and Lindsay VW of Dulles in particular. This is the 3rd VW that Tom has sold to us; he made us part of the VW family, and we have never known a more professional and genuine auto sales consultant than Tom. The knowledge Tom demonstrated and the quality of information and service he provided set a standard in this trade. Buying a car could be very stressful, Tom made it as easy and comfortable as possible. Tom gave us a fair trade price for our old Jetta, provided optimal financing, and our objective of lowering our monthly payments while owning a new Jetta TDI was accomplished. This was a truly satisfying experience. And the car is fantastic! Again, this is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from Lindsay VW of Dulles. We keep coming back because of the first-rate service, the comfort, and the professionalism of everybody we've met at Lindsay. Our kids love coming with us and playing in the toy room or having hot chocolate. I just purchased a 2012 VW Turbo Beetle and was looking for specific features, colors and options. Marc did not hestitate in a search for what I was looking for and never once tried to change my mind to for specific features, colors and options. I really appreciate Marc listening to what I wanted and working hard to find it. There were not a lot of possible matches to what I wanted so it was not an easy find. The pricing was very good right up front and no back and forth (nickeling and diming each other). It was an easy deal for me and I love the car!! I'd certainly recommend Marc and the dealership due to how they handled my specific situation and how they really try to make it an easy decision. I will do business with them again and also send my friends to visit Marc in search for a new V-Dub! More

I knew I was most likely going to get another VW from Lindsay VW because I have had nothing but fabulous experiences in the service center. Marc was flexible and understanding when I had to put negotiations on hold when my daughter and I got sick, and even emailed to say he hoped we were feeling better. When I wrote to Marc to say what I price I was shooting for, I was contacted and offered a deal that was great. Every part of the actual purchase (paperwork) of the car went really smoothly. And again Marc was understanding when I had to leave halfway through to take my daughter to swimming lessons. The icing on the cake was when Marc got in the car with us before we left and setup the Bluetooth connection to my phone. I'm ridiculously happy with my new car, and I know who I'll go to when it's time for my next VW. More
