Let me just start off by saying, I HATE car shopping. I had been interested in purchasing a new beetle for a while, but put if off for a while because I dread the process. Then my parents had gone to Lindsay about a month prior to purchase a new car and introduced me to Marc. They said he was a joy to work with and very easy going AND to boot he doesn't hound you or make you feel pressured to buy. I was hesitant at first, because most of us know, with car dealers that's impossible. That was so not the case with Marc. He was awesome from the get go. He was super friendly, knew was he was talking about and never once made me feel pressured or obligated into buying anything right away. In my case, I wasn't ready to purchase for another month so I thought to myself he is going to keep calling me an emailing me and hounding me for a sale. And in true Marc fashion, he didn't. He left it up to me to follow up with him and would respond to my questions. It was a very comfortable process and never once did I feel overwhelmed or uneasy. I feel Marc gave me the best service EVER in the car buying process and I would definately recommend him to friends and family. Marc is a true asset to Lindsay, if only all sales persons were as awesome as he is, car buying wouldn't be as scary of a process. More
