But manager saying he will not match the price with my cousins car price.Both are same models and same color.I went to fairfax dealer they are matching price with my cousins but a problem is they dont have more colors.Next day again i visited to this dealer then Evan Shield is trying to help me but his manager is very proud person.manager is not ready to reduce $200 .I feel very bad about manager but sales person Evan Shield is very good person.4 more cousins liked jetta i refer them to go to fairfax instead of here.They got a good deal in fairfax. During our search for a car, Evans first interacted with us, was quite knowledgeable about the car we wanted to buy. I was on vacation and looking all over the area for an upgrade to my family car and was reluctant to go to a VW dealer, but Marc Weinstein listened to what I needed and showed me the Routan I wanted! There isn't another dealer anywhere that can compete, and totally no pressure. Marc said if I walk away or want to think about that's totally fine and he won't hound me for a sale (like every other dealer does) IF I came back then he'll sell me a vehicle. Marc has total respect for the customer and does everything he can to put the buyer in control. Marc not only showed me all the features, answered all my questions, gave me a quality test drive, and gave me a price you can't walk away from, Marc was able to get all the papers in order and get the added protections put on the vehicle in such a timely manner I've never been able to buy a car so fast from walking in to driving out! The dealership just lost a service customer. My 2010 passat will be out of warranty in about 2 months.Today I stopped by after I had wanted to purchase a new set of rubber mats because they were coming passat will be out of warranty in about 2 months.Today I stopped by after I had wanted to purchase a new set of rubber mats because they were coming apart between the ridges in just two years. The lady at VW indicated that the accessories have the same warranty as rest of the car and to stop by. My mat was inspected by the Lindsey crack warranty team and determined that VW will decide upon examining the mat. They took pictures of the mat. Shame on you Lindsey, for treating like that for a piece of rubber mat. I was scheduling a DSG oil change, and I stopped when I heard the verdict of your crack team and decided that this place is not going to get my business anymore. Frankly the person who made this decisions should be fired, he did not saves you the cost of the rubber mat for Lindsey but service $$$$ since the car is about to go out of warranty. This should be used as an example for training your employee. Good luck in your future. More

His knowledge of the vehicle and the industry are incredible, he is truly an exception to the rule when it comes to the car buying experience. He made purchasing the vehicle easy, efficient and at a tremendous price. I literally shopped every dealer in a 75 mile area and he beat them all hands down on the price. I told the other dealers what price he quoted me and they could not compete, not even close. Marc told me upfront, "I do not lose deals"...and he lived up to his statement. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new Volkswagen to contact Marc directly, you will not be disappointed. More
