Bob Derby is great! I was looking for a very specific car. I had year, model, trim, drivetrain & color (interior and exterior) specifications. I wanted all options on it. I was in town for a day for a conference and had lined up a car at another dealer to go see/buy because I had been unable to find one locally. That dealer called and told me they were wrong about the color. So I was searching online at the conference every chance I had. I found a listing on one of the aggregator sites with not a lot of detail and submitted the info request. Bob emailed me back quickly and continued emailing with me during the day (I couldn't take his calls during the conference), doing as much prework as possible. I couldn't get out of the conference until 6 and was about an hour away. They close at 9 and we were dealing with a trade-in so timing was tight. They had just gotten the car transferred in from one of their other locations on trade and it wasn't ready yet either so they had to get it cleaned, inspected, etc so I could look it over and test drive before it got too dark and there was an intense storm rolling in. I also had a very strict budget I wanted to stay within and this car was a 2012, one year newer than I had been looking at. He assured me we would work it out and get it within my budget. He had Laura find me an excellent interest rate, they stayed late and I drove away in the car I wanted. Very happy! More

Disappointed. After visiting other dealerships Lindsay was recommended because they have a great selection and good prices. We made the trip over and hoped to purchase a vehicle. Because my wife and I have a hard time finding time away from work the only time we could make the trip was on a Sunday afternoon. After making the 1.5 hour trip we arrived a couple of hours before closing time....we sat down with the salesman and found him somewhat cordial....as closing time approached he was dismissive of us and was clearly looking to leave. It is unfortunate as we were ready to purchase a car and with the long hours that both my wife and I work it is hard for us to get the time to visit a dealer together.....I would rather pay a little more to another dealer where the sales people treat us kinder than shop here. More

Joe was great to work with. He is personable, listens well to his potential customers, and is a straight shooter.
