He was very passionate about the Volkswagen brand and made the process of choosing my car more exciting! Thomas was very easy to work with and was not pushy about selling a car. Thomas explained the process and went over the finer details which helped me make an informed decision. I was looking at a Tiguan, so Thomas showed one to me and showed off some of the lesser-known features of the vehicle, including the height-adjustable rear trunk door and the tight turning radius of the vehicle.
