Since I purchased my Honda Fit at Lindsay Honda in 2014, I have done all of my maintenance at Lindsay Honda. I take pride in my Honda and expect the very best from Honda. I took my car in on October 11t I have done all of my maintenance at Lindsay Honda. I take pride in my Honda and expect the very best from Honda. I took my car in on October 11th to get it ready for the winter. I also have a 15-month-old baby and wanted to make sure everything was in top shape for the winter. I got a new battery, new front brakes, new wipers, an oil change and filters, and a new tire. A few weeks later, my car was completely dead. I was calling my insurance when my car all of a sudden started to work. On the way home, the radio on my car started to blink, the car steering wheel veered to the left, and the car completely stalled while driving. I was scared and upset that I just took my car in for an expensive trip. I made an appointment at Honda to have my car looked at. In the meantime, I was afraid to use my car, especially with my baby, and had to carpool with my spouse which was very inconvenient. On the day of the appointment, my car was completely dead again, and I called my insurance. It started up in about 15 minutes, but I was terrified the entire 25 min trip to Honda the car might stall while driving again, which it did on the turn into Honda. When I got to Honda, the gentleman was nice and once I told him what had been happening he said he thought he knew 100% what it was. He said a new technician didn't tighten both wires on the new battery, and it was their fault. I was convinced it was the EPS system from research I had done. I had to take time off work to come in for this appointment. It's very frustrating that I trusted Honda with the safety of my car and was driving my son around in a car that could have stalled and caused a wreck due to this mistake. I'm also worried that the rest of the work on my car that day was not completed correctly. It is also interesting there was not a labor charge for the battery replacement, but there was for everything else. I was hoping to be at least acknowledged by Bill Lytle about this issue. I'm not sure what the typical time range is for a manager to return communication, but I have been trying to communicate with him via phone and email since October 31st. This place is a joke! Every time I go there the service department is HORRIBLE! This dealership is a scam they don’t prep paint right and is just looking to collect and screw anyone that buys it . This coating is a joke has them re apply coating and still spotty and dealership don’t even know how to properly clean a vehicle. Still brake dust on wheels etc . 2000 dollars for a warranty that is a joke and will not refund warranty. Said don’t meet requirements and won’t provide return requirements . Shannon Daily is a joke. Will never at all costs buy a vehicle here again . More

They are all nice and seem professional. We have gone to them for years. We took our CRV in for AC check. They said it needed a new compressor for $1500. This car had 40 k miles on it. I took it elsewhere and they said it just needed a charge. My AC works fine now and it only cost me $250. I now wonder if they’ve fleeced me for years! More
Avoid this place like the plague! Especially the service department reps who are dismissive and unhelpful. I’m not sure I’ve ever had as bad of an experience as I did with Lindsay. One of their service managers refused to give me his first name and when I asked to be transferred to his boss he dropped me in a cashier’s voicemail. When I did report that to the boss he didn’t care, he was fine with one of his team acting that way…I wouldn’t believe it if it didn’t happen to me. More
Unfriendly staff, caused damage to car during recall repair so significant that I had to have car towed for service. I'll be traveling further for any dealership needs to avoid Lindsay Honda. More
Certified vehicle only owned 2 months. Vehicle taken for service after it wouldn’t start. Told it was fine. Vehicle taken back for service for a separate issue and they made my husband sit there for 2 hours and didn’t fix the vehicle because they said the technician wasn’t there who knew what was going on. They wasted 4 hours of our time 2 hours sitting there and an hour drive each way. And made us drive 60 miles for no reason when gas is $4.00 a gallon. Then the service manager told us a a completely different story as to way the repair was not completed that day. My vehicle stalled out in the middle of a 4 lane road today and wouldn’t start- after I was told it check out fine. Now Marty the service Manager is not taking my calls. More
They sold me a vehicle in 2012, which I still own, and told me that my oil changes would be 18.95 for as long as I owned the vehicle. They even gave me a card stating that. Took my 2012 Pilot LX DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE TL;DR - Tried to tell me the problem would be $2000+, but I fixed with a $10 part from Rock Auto. Took my 2012 Pilot LX in for service, because the D light was blinking. The only way to drive was to insert the key into this small hidden place on the middle dash. The service manager checked me in, and during discussion I explained the issue and the code from my ODBLink reader. i was assured the person working on it has the best knowledge on Pilots and will be able to find the problem. Well..... Few hours later, I was told the problem is the mother board that handles some of the electronics. Next, I was told the replacement parts+hours would be $2,000 AND this may not be the problem. Brought my Pilot home, did further research on the code and found this is a common problem on Pilots (apparently the employee wasn't that knowledgeable after all) and easy to fix.. Ordered a $10 part from Rock Auto, spent 3 hours under the bottom of car, started the Pilot and ta-da problem was fixed. I have drove over 500 miles since then, with no issues. More
