Service center sucks Worse service ever! Took in my van for an oil change and state inspection. Walked into service and a young gentleman greeted me and came out with an I Worse service ever! Took in my van for an oil change and state inspection. Walked into service and a young gentleman greeted me and came out with an Ipad to check in my vehicle. Mind you, I bought this vehicle from Lindsay Dodge and since it was bought I've always brought it here for service. The young gentleman checked in the vehicle and noticed the tire light was on due to low air in the tire and I told him all it needs is some air in the tire and he stated he would be more than happy to have the technician add air in the tire. I checked in at 10am and at 12:30pm they call me that my vehicle is completed. The young gentleman that checked me in was out on lunch or something but wasn't available and another service rep pulled up my account and said "oh your total is $16 sir" I was confused because usually the oil change is $56 plus $16 for the state inspection so I told him something is wrong. The service rep stated that no oil change was done so I sat there for 2.5 hours for a state inspection. The 2nd service rep said if you would like to speak to a manager you can, his office is right behind the service reps counter. I walked into the managers office and just said "hi" and the manager replied "I heard the service rep and what do you want me to do? You signed on the Ipad and its not showing a oil change" I then told him "there has to be a mistake the whole reason why I came here is for a oil change and state inspection" then the manager replied "sorry sir, better luck next time" then as I walking out the service rep Adrian that checked me in came walking back into the service center and I explained to him the situation and Adrian then said "hold on let me check the service records" then as I was talking to Adrian the manager jumped out of his office and came to the counter and started yelling at me "you need to leave now sir, I don't appreciate people that cannot get there stuff straight so get out of my service center now" the service rep Adrian jumped into the middle and stated to his manager "sir, it was my fault I sincerely apologize it was all my fault I accidentally did not add the oil change" then the service manager then stated "I don't care who's fault it is the customer needs to get out of our service center now" and I nicely just walked out of the service center. I've dealt with this dealership multiple times and I've had a situation before this and the previous manager Mr. Wang took care of me to the max but this time it was disgusting and horrible. Service comes after the sale. The service rep Adrian has more customer service skills than the own manager looks like there some racism here because I have an accent. Good luck to any customer that goes into this dealership because things have changed. Looks like they just have way too much money and now they don't care about there customers. More
Maintaince app. On Feb 19, 2019, I had my schedule maintaince care plus app. Experience was horrible.... after arriving at 1030am I was talking to a maintenance xxx, On Feb 19, 2019, I had my schedule maintaince care plus app. Experience was horrible.... after arriving at 1030am I was talking to a maintenance xxx, which was kind but was not fully aware of my program coverage (SMP). After clearing the coverage policy and talking to a jeep finance agent (agent didnt seen interested in assisting and didnt want to printing a detail packet of my coverage) I decided to seat and wait for my vehicle. After 2 hours and seen other customers going in and out of their appointment I approched and asked the agents of the status of my vehicle. Agent was not able to find my vehicle information, and later informing me that my vehicle was never properly process and I waited for nothing. I dont regularly provide comments but my experiance with this dealership maintaince was so bad, I actually consider driving an additional 30 minutes of my way to another jeep dealership or cancel my maintaince coverage. More
Frustrating Dropped of my vehichle to have a warranty repair. It took about a month and a half for parts that where on back order. I recieved my car back a noticed a tight steering wheel and turned around to dealership had them rediagnoise with a faulty electric steering rack & pinion and quoted $4000 in repairs. This was not an issue when I left my vehicle. More
Maybe we'll get to it tomorrow I've bought 4 new vehicles from this dealership over the years. I've been very happy with all of them - as well as the buying experience. In all cas I've bought 4 new vehicles from this dealership over the years. I've been very happy with all of them - as well as the buying experience. In all cases, they had the car I was interested in available, offered excellent prices for my trades and gave me a fair price on the cars I bought from them. It didn't take forever to go through the purchase process either (something I always appreciate). I've also had my cars serviced there for many years - also good experiences and results. Whether it was routine maintenance or an unexpected repair, the service department never disappointed. However - the last two times I made service appointments and took my car in at the designated time, there was an issue - that being no one looked at my car the day of my appointment. The first time I was finally able to get them to look at my car late in the day after repeated calls. They fixed what was wrong - but had I not kept calling and complaining as to why they've not looked at my car all day and if I'd even get it back, it likely would have languished for at least another day. I was told during one phone call "we have cars here for a week before we get to them." I found that unsatisfactory and expressed as much given I had an appointment for the car to at least be looked at that day. Again, eventually they did and also did a quality repair. A couple months later, I took the car in for another maintenance issue - the brakes. Again, I had an early morning appointment and dropped off the car. This time I didn't have to make repeated calls - my service adviser called me late in the day saying they might look at it tomorrow. I contacted their service manager and relayed my concerns, and asked if it was now policy to disregard appointments and just get to it when they get to it? He responded with "no - its not their normal practice" and would look into it. I'm waiting to see how that goes. Point being that an otherwise good dealership seems to be slipping. Why schedule an appointment if no one is even going to look at your car the day of? If they told me when I dropped it off they weren't sure if they could get to my car today - that would have been one thing. But to call at the end of the day and say "maybe tomorrow we'll be able to look at it and see what needs to be done" is less than professional and certainly less than courteous. This is "strike 2" - one more and you're "out." There are three other dealers within 20 minutes of my house to choose from who have full service departments - I'll be sure to ask if "maybe tomorrow we'll get to it" their business model. More

Warranty repair work It took a couple of days to get an appointment. It also took two days to repair due to part being ordered. Not real happy with no loaner vehicle available unless you have an extended warranty. I was also told if they keep your vehicle overnight then you would be eligible for loaner. When they told me it would take extra, no mention of loaner. The staff was very friendly though at drop off and pick up. More
