My wife and I have owned four Dodge/Chrysler products for ourselves or our children over the past 20+ years. We needed a new van after driving our Chrysler Town and Country Van for the past 11 years. We need to make this purchase over the Christmas Holiday. John Choi was able to match our car specifications with the inventory. This required John to know what cars were available within our price range and our personal needs. He knew the product and did not attempt to sell us more car than we needed. John was personable and professional. Sarah Burger completed the loan process and presented us with available options regarding extended coverage. As with John, Sarah was courteous and professional. She presented us with various options and listened carefully to our questions. I was impressed with the attitude these employees exhibited at work. They are pleasant and very engaged in their work.
