Our Traverse was towed to Lindsay and Joseph and his team jumped on it and it was a holiday weekend! They knew that we were to leave to go home the following Saturday. These men were AMAZING!!! Not only did they jump into action but they called me daily with updates!!! Told me to enjoy my vacation!! And Friday Joseph called me and it was ready to go!!! Saturday I got there to pick my car up not only was it fixed! They completely detailed it and returned my rental for me so I could keep going to get home!! We came very close to buying a car here, after test driving three. The salesman seemed helpful, until we got to the numbers and the trade-in. In the end, I guess he did us a favor, as we ended up with a better car (which was a different make and model to the traverse we were seriously considering). I think I am most irritated, as I feel that he did this as he was dealing with two women, and thought he could pull one over us. Disappointing overall. More
