Based on ratings, reviews, safety reports and recalls, I narrowed my choice to a 2017 Encore. Once again, based on reviews I chose Sandoval and was so happy that I did. I had an appointment with Robin Thomas, we hit it off right away and had so much fun cruising the lot in her golf cart checking out all of the Encores, and the weather that day was unusually cool and beautiful. Test driving the Encore sealed the deal for me. Choosing the color was the hard part, I loved the gray but not with a black interior so I was able to pick what I wanted for not much extra, and wanted the blind spot added to the car mirrors. After negotiating a very good price, I took the car home and was bringing it back to have the work done two days later. After reading the warranty book, I found a clause about after factory changes could void the warranty. So I met with Robin and her manager and explained I wasn't having buyer's remorse, I still wanted the Encore, I just didn't feel comfortable with making changes to it. I then chose a white one that already had the blind spot but it was a step up from what I had ,so I really expected to pay more for it but in the end the contract barely changed at all. Sandavol is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. Service also is the best! When I took the car back to have the keys reprogram-ed, they were having a little trouble, so rather than make me wait any longer, they came out and offered another new Encore to drive home. Outstanding !! More

Auto Maintenance I've been getting my oil changed at Sandoval, and there was a simple recall in there too, and the service is great. It's been my experience that they seem to roll out the red carpet from the moment I arrive and I will be returning to Sandoval in the future. Service is top shelf My daughter recently had a starting issue with 2014 Buick Verano, GM Roadside towed the car to Twin Buick GMC service dept refused to help her becaus My daughter recently had a starting issue with 2014 Buick Verano, GM Roadside towed the car to Twin Buick GMC service dept refused to help her because they were 1 hour from close, telling her she shouldn't drive it if it was the battery , a simple check that would take 10 minutes would have shown them a dead cell in the battery, instead they walk away left her wondering what to do. GM had car towed to Sandoval where Jeff in service was prompt, treated this young girl with respect , kept her informed and fixed the car promptly, she is a full time student at OSU and works and his great service allowed her to complete her obligations. If I was buying a car or needed service work done in the entire Columbus are I would do business with Sandoval and see Jeff in service. As for Twin Buick GMC drive right on bye as they do not care if you are having a problem. More
