Latest experience with Lindquist staff I just recently purchased my third Ford Escape with Jim Humphrey as my sales rep. The purchase was relatively seamless. No pressure was put upon me to I just recently purchased my third Ford Escape with Jim Humphrey as my sales rep. The purchase was relatively seamless. No pressure was put upon me to choose a certain car or purchase that particular day. That was most appreciated.. my last Escape that I traded in. Was one in which I had lots of mechanical difficulties. I was seriously thinking of perching purchasing a different brand of vehicle. However what kept me at Lindquist was the service department. Even though he may not realize it Michael has been wonderful 4 helping me get through all of the service issues that I had to face with my last car. He is honest and straightforward with his explanations. And that is very important to me. So as I purchased my new car. Again I had excellent help from Jeremy Brandenburg with the financing Mitch for going over all of the features of the new car. I was happy with my entire experience. But then I got a call from Javier. He made my day by setting up the Ford pass and explaining all of the features of that wonderful application. So I am even happier with my purchase now so thank you to all of those people who were helpful to me in this latest purchase. When I go to purchase my next car I will be back at Lindquist. More

Fantastic experience buy a new Ford Explorer Zach was a great help from our very first visit when we were asking for information regarding the possibility of purchasing a Ford Explorer. He was very good at explaining all the options and helped us pick the perfect vehicle. We ended up ordering our Explorer - which again Zach kept us posted on progress, etc. When our car arrived we set up an appointment to come in - ended up leasing the car after considering options of buying or leasing. Zach spent time explaining all the options on the car and how to operated the features. He went above what was anticipated and what we have had from other dealerships. The most helpful salesman we have encountered in purchasing cars. I know I will have to come in again for help with some options on the car and Zach is more than willing to assist. Fantastic service.
