Lincoln of Wayne - Service Center

My car was due for annual maintenance. The Lincoln of Wayne picked up my car and left me with a loaner car fully cleaned up and polished. My car was fully maintained cleaned inside and outside, tires oil Wayne picked up my car and left me with a loaner car fully cleaned up and polished. My car was fully maintained cleaned inside and outside, tires oiled and polished. They informed me prior to my car picked up and phoned me when the car was ready and delivered to me at my house. When the car came to my house the guy told me that there was NO CHARGE for ALL that was done to my car. It was truly and really a wonderful experience, Thank you Lincoln of Wayne. Fali D. On 7/14/21 I had a part installed that I had to wait for about 3 weeks. Between the part and labor I spent over $ 600.00 to get it fixed. I worked okay for about a week and then it started with the same pro about 3 weeks. Between the part and labor I spent over $ 600.00 to get it fixed. I worked okay for about a week and then it started with the same problem all over again. I called to bring in the car and could not get an appointment until 8/18/21. My air condition just out of no where clicks up to high and only blows hot air. The bubble buttons do not work. I have to get into climate control or turn off car all together and then it allows me to reset temperature to lower (like 68 degrees). Very inconvenient when it is 90 degrees out there. So apparently it did not get fixed correctly and I am not very happy to have to wait so long. It works some of the time but not all the time. Even when the air is turned off it all of a sudden turns itself on and clicks all the way to high. Has to be a glitch or loose contact somewhere. More

I had a major issue with my Navigator, brought it to the dealership and they took it in without an appointment. The problem was resolved when the parts came in 3 days later, I was thinking it was going to b dealership and they took it in without an appointment.
