Covid has severely hampered the service department; so it's not really their fault. It takes a very long time to get an appointment; and when you do, it still takes a week for them to get to your car. it's not really their fault. Had serviced a few times. Still not fixed as of October. I think I pinpointed the problem but they can't order the part until they run tests. They have had the car two weeks this time. But, as a loaner they gave me a brand new car. Hard to beat that. And they are very polite and I know they ARE trying. I'm sure I will give them 5***** when finally fixed. Also, when I did have an emergency they saw me and fixed the flat immediately. Today's grade should really be an INCOMPLETE. More

Service at Lincoln of Wayne is always a pleasant experience with me. They had my car picked up at my home and left me a loaner car. When service was done, my car was returned to me all cleaned. I love these guys! Even though they were unable to identify the problem with my car, I'm sure they gave it their best. Unfortunately intermittent problems are hard to detect, until they are consistent identify the problem with my car, I'm sure they gave it their best. Still, the dealership allowed me to drive their vehicle, an almost brand new Nautilus, which I thoroughly enjoyed for the entire time I had it. And since the dealership wasn't able to isolate the problem with my car, there was no charge. These guys are honest and do their best to please, and I can't say enough nice things about the professionalism and first class service I receive every time I am there. Hopefully the next time they'll be able to figure out what is causing the parasitic drawdown on my battery. Until then, I remain a loyal fan. More

I drive a Suzuki SX4, so you know there are few service sites remaining. I brought in the car because the warning light stayed on after the summer tires were put on (by a different company), but the air pr sites remaining. Lincoln checked the tires and said the sensors had been torn off when they were put back on the car. I had to order 4 new sensors (~$850), which were installed during an appointment that had been made. However, the tech - the ONLY tech - who knew how to get the sensors to communicate with the car computer was "on leave" that day, so after waiting more than 3 hours for service, I had to drive another hour to home. I was told that I could return "any time", so when I found another day to waste, I called to make sure he was there. I was told I couldn't come unless I had an appointment, so I made one. They called me about a week later to say he was on leave "indefinitely" and they would call when he returned. Tell me: why hasn't the manager ensured that every tech knows everything - or at least one never leaves a task that only one tech can accomplish. We are going elsewhere, an even longer drive each way. More
well the waiting area was fine, however it took almost 2 hrs for a 7500 mile check. My lease is up in december and i was suprised the dealership didnt approach me about my lease while I was waiting for my hrs for a 7500 mile check. My car was due for annual maintenance. The Lincoln of Wayne picked up my car and left me with a loaner car fully cleaned up and polished. My car was fully maintained cleaned inside and outside, tires oil Wayne picked up my car and left me with a loaner car fully cleaned up and polished. My car was fully maintained cleaned inside and outside, tires oiled and polished. They informed me prior to my car picked up and phoned me when the car was ready and delivered to me at my house.
