Mr. Borg I am so sorry that your ownership experience with your Aviator was not a positive one. Your Lincoln should be a sanctuary from the stresses of life. Not the cause of them. There seems to have been many things you had to work through over the last few years and for that I am sorry. I am not sure what happened with your last breakdown. We would never want to leave a guest feeling uncomfortable over $37 dollars. I left you message just now to learn more about your experience and see what there is can do for you to make sure you feel comfortable. There have been some wonderful improvements through the years on the Lincoln Aviator. I would also be happy to personally assist if you were interested in transitioning out of your Aviator into something different. I am hoping I have the opportunity to assist in some way. Even if you decide Lincoln is not for you moving forward, I would still like to do whatever I can to make sure you are whole from your last experience with Roadside and Uber. It doesn't sound like we were there dealer where it was towed to. But needless to say we want to help. Please reach out to me anytime and I will follow up with you again as well. Peter it was for $84 ($47+$37) no one wanted to reimburse me. Also when I went to Lincoln of Englewood to get my last oil change. I asked them if they could replace the engine cover nuts and screws that were missing from service work your dealership did, They said that they didn’t service the car so they wouldn’t give me the $7 worth of nuts and screws for free. Not sure why they would be so penny pinching and not do it because some other Lincoln dealer serviced it. I would expect different especially since I was leasing a $75K vehicle!
