I love my MKZ Hybrid, and I love Wayne Lincoln. The dealership is a 1st class organization that gives a level of customer support that is excellent. I would Not recommend this dealership! I have had my 2020 Lincoln Aviator Reserve II serviced at this place for the 3 years of my lease. This vehicle had so many issues from gurgling sound I have had my 2020 Lincoln Aviator Reserve II serviced at this place for the 3 years of my lease. This vehicle had so many issues from gurgling sound coming from the front pillars, GPS signal not working and rear camera blue screen, which was never fixed. Plus, several other issues that were. On one of my many service requests, I complained about a front suspension noise, which they decided to change my rear gears for some unknown reason. The noise was finally fixed on another service request, which they figured out that one of my tie rods was loose and had to be changed. Last month this vehicle broke down on the NJ turnpike from a 4WD malfunction, which Lincoln roadside couldn’t tow me from, so I had to hire a third-party tow company to tow me from the NJ turnpike to their tow service location. While waiting for Lincoln roadside to pick me up from the tow service location which took forever. My car broke down at 5:00PM and I didn’t get home until 12 that evening due to them shopping around for a third-party tow company since their affiliated tow companies were too busy. I eventually had to get an Uber to transport all my passengers and all their luggage. I tried to get reimbursed for my tow and Uber expenses from Lincoln roadside services, Lincoln of Wayne, and Lincoln of Englewood (which was the dealership I had the vehicle transporter to), but I was only able to get $100 out of the $147 I paid for towing, and they wouldn’t cover the Uber. Lincoln roadside service said they have a $100 limit and wouldn’t pay the $37 for the Uber. They told me to try and get that from the dealership, which both dealerships refused as well and would only give me credit on a new vehicle purchase. I ended up contacting Lincoln customer service about this issue, and they would only give me a onetime last month courtesy credit on my lease, since I only had one month left and neither dealership could fix the car in time or had any loaner cars available. They also refused to reimburse me for the tow and Uber expenses I incurred from no fault of my own. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and most likely won’t be getting another Lincoln ever. More
