First time Lincoln owner--experience in Service is unacceptable. Having their flagship vehicle the Black Label Nav --Valet comes to your home to retrieve vehicle and leave loaner However whats hap unacceptable. Having their flagship vehicle the Black Label Nav --Valet comes to your home to retrieve vehicle and leave loaner However whats happens is if the Service Rep is inept at their job they dont call you once the car is at the shop. That is exactly what happened here. Car was at dealership for 7 days and what was fixed was a wire for screens and we did receive a call that car was ready and then delivered without fixing our primary concern. I purchased my 1st Lincoln an MKX in 2016. I was so pleased with the car and the dealer, I purchased my 2nd Lincoln, the new Nautilus in 2019. I was expecting the same quality and the same level of se pleased with the car and the dealer, I purchased my 2nd Lincoln, the new Nautilus in 2019. I was expecting the same quality and the same level of service that I experienced with my 1st Lincoln and was not disappointed. The refinements in the Nautilus were perfect especially the new 2.7T engine with 335Hp and I can't believe it, better gas mileage, averaging better than 20mpg. From sales to service the dealership is easy to work with, friendly, professional and inviting. With confidence I highly recommend Lincoln of Wayne and the Nautilus. More

3 Hour Tire I recently went to have a tire replaced on my MKZ. I was told the tire was in stock and to come between 1 and 1:30 PM, so I arrived at 1:15. It took approximately 3 hours to have someone finally put the new tire on which is totally ridiculous! I was told they were busy and were doing the best they could. I always have my car serviced here and have never had any problems, I guess schedules don't matter. More

My battery was replaced and back home in just a couple of hour When I called service to make an appointment they gave me an appointment that same day.
