Top notch service. On my last visit the complimentary car wash was horrible. This is the 1st time I have had a complaint in 3 years. I filled in their questionaire they send you after each service visit and wash was horrible. This is the 1st time I have had a complaint in 3 years. Service was good BUT, the service was scheduled a week in advance to allow for recall parts to be ordered. Once in for 1 day service I had to call at the end of the day to be informed it was not done because advance to allow for recall parts to be ordered. Once in for 1 day service I had to call at the end of the day to be informed it was not done because the parts did not come in until late afternoon. The next day it was suppose to be done and a call during the afternoon had no return. After calling the receptionist I was informed that the car would not be ready until the next day. It’s not the 3 days that upset me, it is no call or return call for the status of the work being done. More
First time Lincoln owner--experience in Service is unacceptable. Having their flagship vehicle the Black Label Nav --Valet comes to your home to retrieve vehicle and leave loaner However whats hap unacceptable. Having their flagship vehicle the Black Label Nav --Valet comes to your home to retrieve vehicle and leave loaner However whats happens is if the Service Rep is inept at their job they dont call you once the car is at the shop. That is exactly what happened here. Car was at dealership for 7 days and what was fixed was a wire for screens and we did receive a call that car was ready and then delivered without fixing our primary concern.
