As you absolutely know, I have spoken to Mr. McGoff, who reiterated that Lincoln of Troy would continue with the lawsuit against me. Lincoln of Troy, and Mr. McGoff, continues to ignore the fact that this is not a loss that I am responsible for. This has nothing to do with your blanket statement about past claims (which I assume were all situations where the customer actually caused damage). Nonetheless, my insurance company has repeatedly asked Lincoln of Troy for its own insurance documents and proof that it was submitted to its own insurance company, to which Lincoln of Troy has not responded. This is continuous poor handling on the company's behalf.

As an update to my previous review- I had to take two half days off of work to defend myself in small claims court against the frivolous lawsuit filed by Lincoln of Troy and against me. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court determined that Lincoln's lawsuit against me had no basis and threw the case out. Even still, after wasting the time of a Black Label Customer and putting me through a lawsuit (in which they ultimately lost), no apology. Lincoln has lost a customer for life. I would ask anyone to strongly consider whether they want to spend money with a company / dealership that would sue their best customers.
