Sales experience (4 yrs ago) was great. Service experience has gone down hill fast. Like others, scheduled service, using their advertised "concierge" loaner drop off, and vehicle pickup. They no-showed and no-called, not once, but twice. They offered many excuses, including that a new owner is taking over and will fix everything. After the first 2 fails, a new Service advisor did his best to get things right, but it was too little too late. Three months later, I just had a grip handle break, only to find I was 2 days past my warranty period. Rather than step up and offer to replace the $100 part, they want me to come in for an inspection, and see why it broke (cheap brittle plastic part cracked). Then they might be able to get Ford to cover it, and then I can take it back for a 2nd visit, and have them fix it. That tells you what they think of the value of their customer's time. I've been a Ford guy for life, but I'm looking at Cadillac for my next SUV, which will probably be later this year. More

Wish I could give them a 0. First off I called to schedule service for a 2019 Lincoln Continental. When speaking to the service advisor I told him that one issue is that my husband said there may be a hole in the windshield washer holder because it all leaked out. The employee laughing said are you sure he hit the hole. Then with embarrassment I told him- I'm not sure because my husband recently had a stroke so he may not of (it effected him quite a bit). Then he shared that he recently had a stroke too but he is fine. That was only the beginning of the professionalism of this establishment. You are promised all kinds of stuff when purchasing a Lincoln however they do NOT honor those promises. The service advisor proceeded to set up a pick our Lincoln for Wed - they did not call or show up. I called they were super apologetic and rescheduled to pick up on Friday. I told them it was fine but if they can't make please just give me a courtesy call. Again no call no show. I called and spoke with Kristina who assured me that I would get a call back from my advisor Nick and told me they should still be able to pick it up. I even told her I would get a ride home for work since it was so late in the day and they could keep it overnight if needed. I was already told that they do not have any loaners due to them selling them all. However that is one of the promises they made when purchasing this vehicle which cost over $75k. Be careful people will promise you anything just to make a sale - however staying true to that promise is another thing. It is with this establishment anyways. More

We leased a new 2020 Aviator Black Label at a cost of approx. $82,000.00 and have had it for 8 months, we wanted to trade it in and lease a different vehicle from them. They offered $58,000. for our veh approx. $82,000.00 and have had it for 8 months, we wanted to trade it in and lease a different vehicle from them. They offered $58,000. for our vehicle on trade and when challenged increased it to $63,000. at the very same time have a used 2020 Aviator Black Label with higher mileage listed for $78,988. They seem to think the public is stupid and try to take advantage of their own customers. They are very deceptive and dishonest. We will never do business with this dealership again. More

I have had Numerous Problems with my new Truck, from engine lights, back up camera, nearly ended up in a ditch, due to my brakes. I have asked to have these things repaired. I've taken pictures, video's, had my truck sit at this dealer for 10 days with nothing done or very little. This weekend I was in Jacksonville and if you have ever been in Jacksonville, Florida you need your brakes. After having to pump them several times, they would not pump anymore nor would they stop my vehicle and I almost ran into the back of someone. Ford what is it going to take before my truck is repaired or replaced. More

They MISREPRESENTED THE CAR with their ISLAND BENEFIT PACKAGE that was never applied, even though their ADD-ON sticker says "VEHICLE AS EQUIPPED". The car left their lot with the ADDN sticker applied, yet, NONE of the items were on the car. When confronting the dealer GM Cavenaugh, he offered no corrective action what so ever.
