I spent the better part of 2 full days working with my Lincoln salesman, Michael Caropolo, to finalize leasing a new Lincoln Nautilus. Throughout the entire process Michael was engaged fully, willing to Lincoln salesman, Michael Caropolo, to finalize leasing a new Lincoln Nautilus. Throughout the entire process Michael was engaged fully, willing to go the extra mile with his manager, Alex Reid (see review below), courteous, and while persistent, always pleasant to negotiate with and having a good sense of humor. Moreover, Michael was an excellent communicator both by phone and text which was polar opposite of my recent experiences at a different Lincoln dealership in Wayne, NJ. While all new car purchases can be trying, Michael did his best to keep it lighthearted. In the end, I drove off in the exact vehicle I wanted at what I believed was a fair and equitable lease arrangement, thus leaving as a very happy customer. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael Caropolo to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a new Lincoln. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Michael's manager, Alex Reid, who had to approve the transaction and who handled the entire back and forth negotiations and financial aspects of this lease arrangement. I had met Alex several years back when he was in Lincoln sales and remembered walking away thinking I had just made a new friend. He made a great impression on me then and reenforced that impression now. Alex was simply delightful, courteous, knowledgable and efficient during the entire process. Lastly, when it came time to learn about all of the vehicle's controls and phone app set-up, Michael went the extra mile to recruit another salesman, Barkley Okutan to ensure that nothing was left unattended. Barkley was pleasant, explained things well, and was patient in answering my questions. If you are interested in Lincoln, I couldn't recommend Lincoln of Englewood more. More
