Less then 6 mos ago I purchased a 24 Nautilus from Eric. I needed a new tire and found Eric and Englewood lincoln to be of zero help, and zero effort made to correct the problem. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car! Let me explain. My first contact was with Samer Shehata. Sam and I spoke about the 2022 Lincoln Corsair I viewed on Car Gurus. He addressed all car! Let me explain. My first contact was with Samer Shehata. Sam and I spoke about the 2022 Lincoln Corsair I viewed on Car Gurus. He addressed all my questions and immediately got back to me with additional answers to other inquiries. During the entire following week Sam was available for all my calls. He assisted me in securing a new price decrease. I thought this experience was great, until Sam recommended that he would check Lincoln Financial to see is he could secure a better loan Rate. When he told me, a short time later, that Lincoln Financial approved a rate of 3.49%, it put me over the top with his efforts! During the pickup, Sam was a perfect gentleman. He talk to my daughter and they found out that our family dentist was a very good friend of his. The conversations continued with the three of us having an excellent experience. The meeting with the Financial advisor Nick, was a pleasure. There was no pressure to purchase further coverage, although I did select the Tire and Wheel protection. Sam assisted Joe in showing me the functionality of my Corsair and when we were done Sam said that if I had any further questions or concerns, I should call him.
