They had previously come and did an oil change and did a great job. the problem is when they came to pick up the car to replace my tire. I had told Yolanda that I don't have a pass to please tell them not great job. the problem is when they came to pick up the car to replace my tire. I had told Yolanda that I don't have a pass to please tell them not to go through the tolls. she said she will let them know, but someone dint listen. 🙄 Since I had previously had problems with Doral Lincoln going through tolls after I had told them that I don't have pass and got a toll violation on 3 different occasions. Is not so much the money but the principle they ignore what I said and did it anyway. They did pay for it, but I don't need the headache. I just got a bill from FDOT for unpaid toll, here we go again when will this stop. Hopefully they read this and talk to whomever is responsible and put a stop to this or I have no choice to get a different car next time. I don't have a pass because I don't get on the highway. Have been calling to talk to Yolanda and phone just rings, finally I left a message for her to call me. More
