I have found the service managerr Will, to be the saving grace for this dealerships service departmement. I have found Diane in the parts depatment to do a litle extra for customers (me). Generally the service people are pleasant and transact with good intensions. I have found the lack of support for this service department and its customers to come from upper managerment and ownership. It seem upper management (I beleive the owners daugher is the general manager) and ownership need to provide more support for customer service, which would result in better service for customers. More
