We had a bad experience in Doral and since we took a chance in Cutler bay it totally changed our perception of Lincoln. Mairym from the service center went above and beyond to make sure we figure out wh chance in Cutler bay it totally changed our perception of Lincoln. Mairym from the service center went above and beyond to make sure we figure out what's wrong with our car. She even assisted us to get a loaner while we wait for our car to be fixed. She kept us updated and well informed. Mairym was very competent and helpful. We won't go to any other brach since Cutler bay have met all our expectations. More

The customer service I received at the service department was horrible. My car was under warranty and they tried to charge me $600 to for repair. When I brought to their attention that this was under warrant was horrible. My car was under warranty and they tried to charge me $600 to for repair. When I brought to their attention that this was under warranty my service advisor acted like she didn't know. Shouldn't she know this information. Then when they repaired the issue, only one shock was repaired under warranty but when I was going to pay out of pocket they told me two shocks needed to be repaired. I'm not sure what type game these service advisors are playing but they need more training on every aspect of their job. I'm very dissatisfied and really considering purchasing another vehicle from another maker. More
