The customer service I received at the service department was horrible. My car was under warranty and they tried to charge me $600 to for repair. When I brought to their attention that this was under warranty my service advisor acted like she didn't know. Shouldn't she know this information. Then when they repaired the issue, only one shock was repaired under warranty but when I was going to pay out of pocket they told me two shocks needed to be repaired. I'm not sure what type game these service advisors are playing but they need more training on every aspect of their job. I'm very dissatisfied and really considering purchasing another vehicle from another maker. More

Sending my new car to the dealership ruined it. I'm very upset. I need to speak with the General Manager. I loved my car the first couple months that I had it but after taking it into the dealers I'm very upset. I need to speak with the General Manager. I loved my car the first couple months that I had it but after taking it into the dealership I hate it a little bit more every day that I drive my car. This car has raised my blood pressure and my new car ownership experience is now in shambles. The service department changed the oil but did not replace the oil filler cover. For about two days oil was pushed out of the opening and it gushed all over the entire engine bay. I've taken the car back at least three times for them to clean it by washing the engine, spraying I=the engine bay with alcohol and degreasing the engine and engine bay but it still smells of burning oil. My new car smells like a broken down derelict and when I park, the odor fills the air. After the first cleaning attempt you could see smoke coming from under the hood and when I parked at nights, the smoke in the headlights was clearly visible. No one should experience this and no one who purchases a new vehicle should have to suffer through this embarrassment. I am absolutely frustrated and disheartened with my vehicle. I called and asked to speak with the Sales Manager, Sebastian and the errant receptionist questioned my about why I wanted to speak to him as if he was President Trump. We were actually trying to buy a new vehicle, not knowing just how bad this problem with this car was. After several futile attempts to get onto President Sebastian, we bought a new vehicle from another new car dealership and it wasn't a Lincoln either. I understand that the General manager of Lincoln of Cutler Bay is Carrie Castro and I intend on contacting her through my lawyer because if I can't get through to a regular Sales manager to buy a car, I don't want to imagine the hassle it will be getting through the Secret Service to have a call with her. I have avoided answering this customer service survey for more than a month now but y'all are persistent with these email and I have a couple minutes now to let you know what's going on. If I come in there one more time I might end up giving everyone a piece of my mind till I have none left to give but it's Christmas time and I rather spend money on gifts rather than bail. So Ms./Mrs. Castro, get in touch with me please. I'm hoping that I'm the only owner of a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus that is experiencing this horror story, so I should be easy for your service department to identify. More
