The dealership loaned me a car and charged me $30 for tolls and gas. I brought the loaner back with a full tank and the only toll of $1.74 they are charging me. The nicest Sales rep, Ariel told me to put gas in the car when I returned it, by the time I called to complaint Ariel was no longer working there. There did not let me use my SunPass. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE ! After working with a sales person for over a week, to get approval and approval for a deposit just to arrive at the dealership for DO NOT GO HERE ! After working with a sales person for over a week, to get approval and approval for a deposit just to arrive at the dealership for them to say that I haven’t gotten approved and to ask for a BIGGER deposit. Even after giving a BIGGER deposit, saying that we got approved & Even DEOVE OFF THE LOT WITH THE CAR ! Just for them to hassle me for 2 weeks to say I was NEVER approved and asked to return the car. I’ve never had this happen to me and rather it not happen to someone else after they’ve driven off the lot with the car. This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had at or with a dealership. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
