Very nice staff and professional. Just not happy that I was told my appointment for oil change was to simply see representative. I would then have to wait another 2 1/2 to 3 hours! All the other dealerships I’ve used in past made an appointment for actual oil change and I was always in and out within 1 hour to 90 minutes. More

He worked with my Lincoln Concierge advisor to get a battery replacement done quickly and efficiently and actual had my car driven back to m Zenobi.
