This is a follow up from my previous review dated Dec 12,2025; Address: 5601 W Sample Rd Coconut Creek, FL 33073-3412 location. Will, the original service advisor and Service Manager Santos Diaz Should not be able to continue working for any service department or dealer. Both would have released the car back to us without doing anything except doing the diagnostic and of course charging for it. This could have caused a major accident or even worse had a fatality. I also filed a complaint with Lincoln corporate office. I and a sibling did our own research online which listed several different concerns which could be the cause of the car wanting to take off with the foot on the brake. Online were several different scenarios listed below. • Faulty Brake Light Switch: This switch tells the cruise control to disengage; if it fails, it can send signals that briefly increase the throttle when braking. o Fix: Test and replace the brake light switch if needed. • Cruise Control System Issues: A malfunctioning cruise control module or wiring can cause unintended acceleration. o Fix: Inspect cruise control wiring and connectors; ensure the system disengages properly. • Brake Booster Vacuum Leak: A significant vacuum leak can affect engine performance and cause racing, sometimes coinciding with brake application. o Fix: Check vacuum lines and the booster itself for leaks. • Transmission/Torque Converter: Slipping in the torque converter or transmission issues can cause forward creep. o Fix: Check transmission fluid and have a mechanic inspect the converter. • Stuck Accelerator Cable/Floor Mat: Something physical might be holding the pedal down. o Fix: Check under the dash for obstructions like a floor mat. The information above was also relayed to Will the service advisor, and the Service Manager. Neither one had addressed any of the concerns. We ultimately had the TPS and Brake sensor replaced on the vehicle. I picked up the car and went to a different service advisor which was very understanding and noted that it was common on this vehicle to have the parts replaced to address our current concern. I personally think that both (Will and Santos) the original people addressing the concerns should go back for training. They failed on all avenues and caused. Why is Lincoln allowing both to continue to work at this dealership is beyond me. That would be a question for Lincoln/Mercury. Since the repair was done and I have driven the vehicle several times without any incidents from our prior concern, this is now almost a week later. In the future I will NOT deal with either Will or Santos ever again. A word of advice they are NOT reputable and when they say nothing is wrong do your own research. More

Dealing with the service adviser Will is horrible. My mother has been driving a Grand Marquis for the last 20 years and really enjoys the model of vehicle. Her last model is having concerns in which it revs up very high and does not want to stop. I met with Will and it was NOT a good experience at all. I was very concerned since it has happened on multiple occasions. The last experience was when I drove her car to pick her up from the airport. A person was stopped in the middle of the road without any hazard lights on at all. I of course broke hard and the car did not want to stop. I almost hit them. I did explain this to Will over the phone because the mechanics were NOT finding any issues with it. Now just online shows different problems that could have occurred. Faulty Brake Light Switch/Brake Pedal Position (BPP) Sensor Vacuum Leaks (Brake Booster/Hoses): Sticking Throttle Body or Pedal: Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Transmission Issues TPS sticking According to Will NOTHING was wrong. One of my siblings told Will to replace the TPS. Of course, I will have an attitude since they have had the vehicle since Monday 12/8/2025, and I saw him 12/11/2025 again he stated Nothing was wrong. I do not speak with my siblings. On the way out he was mocking myself and my disabled mother as I saw it when I got to my car. 12/12/2025 I spoke with the Service Manager Santos and asked if I should bring in my attorney to address the concerns. He stated that he was no longer able to speak and hung up. It seems that everyone who is at this location has the same horrible responses. A scenario like this can cause a major accident or death and they do not address any of the concerns. People need to know about this location. It seems that with all these negative reviews gives a very bad impression of Lincoln Mercury. I personally would never purchase anything from this location. More

I wanted to add to my original complaint complaint with Lincoln Of Coconut Creek that I now have a light going off on the car saying that the car needs oil. This is crazy since I just recently received the car back and everything was supposed to be perfect and in mint condition on it. I also noticed that there was a rubber piece which is sticking out of the front window. It goes around the corners of the windshield and I’ve mentioned this to them before and it keeps popping out and it’s not flush with the car. Most importantly, I HAVE PROOF That the car has been driven 500 miles or more from the time I dropped it off in service to when I got it back. I do a very very small amount of driving every day and I was wondering for the last couple of weeks why the car had so many miles on it when I dropped it off it was 13,834. It is now 14,476 miles. This is absolutely horrible in addition to all the other things that have been clearly against the law and unprofessional that they have done. THEY WERE APPARENTLY USING MY CAR AS A LOANER OR LENDING IT OUT TO THEIR STAFF TO PUT FIVE HUNDRED MILES ON IT!! My best guess is that they were using my car as a loaner car cause that’s an awful lot of miles to put on the car. I also have pictures on the navigation history of many places I have never gone to and never put into the navigation myself. This is additional proof That other people were using my car to joyride in. So, not only did they take my loaner back without any knowledge to me, not let me retrieve any personal items out of my car with my government issued IDs and credit cards and then tell me to take an Uber back to get my stuff. They never even did an oil change or replaced the oil when they had the car for three months.!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALER! They are extremely dishonest, including having broken the law by taking my personal government issued IDs! More

I purchased a Lincoln corsair from Lincoln of Coconut Creek and it was actually ordered wrong the first time. The car has been in service almost a dozen times and I have less than 13,900 miles on the vehicle. This has been the worst experience of my life! The car has been in the shop so many times I actually had to get ask the service dept. to give me the total number! And I have less than 13,900 miles on the car. I have complained about the electrical system to Lincoln Service department shortly after I got the car, which would’ve been the first time it had been in the service department out of the dozen times. You cannot use the system to call a number or to get directions,on the navigation. The last time the car was in service. I was promised that they would do whatever they could to help me out and the service director, Daniel White, asked me what I wanted him to do? I told him it needed a new navigation/Bluetooth system put in. The dealership simply updated the software and did nothing else. Was promised for all the trouble I had that they would give me a new tire for one that they had written up that needed to be replaced. That never happened! While the car was there, I was told I should speak to the sales manager, John Vitali, and he would be in charge of the entire issue as I told them the Car needed to be Lemoned out and I needed a new car. I can’t possibly be arranging a loaner car that seems to take forever on every occasion and keep bringing the car in every other month! John agreed with me and told me he would gladly help me and make sure I was happy. He also told me I could KEEP the loaner car till the issue was fully resolved. Neither of these things happened. I waited and waited and waited for months for John to give me a proposal on getting a newer car that was one of their loaners that I said would be acceptable to me. He literally NEVER came back with any numbers that he put together or any proposal to Lemon out my car and replace it with one that actually works. The GRAND FINALE was that the service director, Dan White, sent one of his employees to pick up my loaner car with all my personal belongings, including three government issued IDs and credit cards., WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME that they were coming to get the car. All of a sudden I go out to my car in the morning, and the loaner car is gone, and my car is parked in the wrong spot. They never even bothered to leave a key for the car. They never even attempted to call or knock on the door so that I could come and get my personal items, even though I was home and I had no idea they were coming.!! I’ve never in my life seen this kind of crazy horrible thing happen with me and my car.!! They actually BROKE THE LAW and I had to send them three separate laws that were broken by taking the car and government issued IDs and credit cards that did not belong to them. I was then told by the service director and the dealer that I had to take an Uber to come and get my car!! After calling them many many times, I finally got them to agree to bring me back the loaner car so I could get all my personal items, at THEIR CONVENIENCE. Not only did the dealership never assist me in any way with the Lemon law and never gave me any proposal of any kind on getting a new car, which is what was agreed to, but they actually took my loaner car with all my personal things.!!! This was truly a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that has never been corrected. The OWNER of the dealership, Michael Lucia, NEVER ANSWERED any of my very courteous emails that were written to him and sent over six times.! This was the worst experience of my life and I hope you never have to live through something like this. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SALES OR SERVICE!! More

Marvin is a life saver and game changer no one is more dedicated and deserving than him.
