My car was making a loud noise. Service tech examined the car, drove the car, and determined that there was no problem. The noise was normal. You guys rock! I LOVE my 2003 Lincoln Aviator and want to drive it forever. From time to time, Ava has a few problems, but you always get her back on the road. He and the technician worked together to find not only what was wrong, but everything that needed attention, and then went on to find the most economical way to do this! Ava is running great again! Brought my mom's 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis with 26,000 miles in for a problem with the anti lock brake system. Greg and the service tech were diligent in hunting down the sources of the problem and locating parts for this older car which is not an easy task. Through their persistence they were able to resolve a stubborn error code that remained after new parts were installed. Some repair shops would have given up with a difficult repair such as this. I recommend Greg and Montgomery Lincoln for all your service needs. More
We had taken our pre-owned Ford Explorer in for the free oil change they offered when we bought the truck. We were also experiencing an issue with our brakes. Sometimes the brake light would remain on aft oil change they offered when we bought the truck. We were also experiencing an issue with our brakes. Sometimes the brake light would remain on after we exited the vehicle. We'd then have to adjust the pedals with the button on the dash and tap the brake peddle for the lights to go out. We'd have to do this several times before the brake lights would finally go out. We asked them to check it out and they called and said it would be $95 just to check. But when we picked up the vehicle it was no charge. They told us it was a pinched wire and fixed it and we haven't had the problem since. This is the kind of service that encourages folks to return for more business and recommend the dealership to others. We've been very happy with our purchase and needless to say, with the service as well. More
I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper here and had a great experience buying so I decided to buy the extended warranty through them too. That was a huge mistake. 3 months after I bought the car I took it to get service for a check engine light and tire pressure light. I dropped it off for the scheduled appointment on Wednesday morning and didn't get my car back until the following Monday! They NEVER called to give updates until I called them and then they acted as though I was bothering them. They kept blaming it on the BMW store and that it was their fault it was taking so long and to cap it all off they fixed nothing. The light magically went off and I still had to pay $140 ...FOR NOTHING! So RUDE, Such a WASTE of TIME. AVOID this place at all costs! You're better off. More
