Great experience with Service Dept On 12/14/17- at 3:30 pm- I came out of Krogers- loaded 10 bag of groceries into my 2015 Lincoln MKZ- and found that the car would not start as the bat On 12/14/17- at 3:30 pm- I came out of Krogers- loaded 10 bag of groceries into my 2015 Lincoln MKZ- and found that the car would not start as the battery was dead. I called Montgomery Lincoln to report the problem and was advised to call Lincoln Care for roadside assistance. I placed the call and was told the service tech would be there in about 1 hour. I asked if the tech would be able to install the new battery there in the parking lot- and was told he could not do that. I was advised that I would have to take the car to Montgomery Lincoln for the install to be done. As it was already late in the pm at that time I knew getting the service dept to wait for me to get there would not work as service closes around 5:00 pm. I called Montgomery Lincoln service dept and was advised I could leave the car there overnite- and that a battery could be installed the next day. I did not want to do that and asked to speak to General Mgr Andy Buck to escalate the issue as I needed the battery in the car that day. I was transferred back to Kayla- (who by the way-is very efficient and always a pleasure to talk with)- and told her my concerns. She was able to put me thru to Andy- and we then discussed my problem at length. Andy stated he could call Steve Wolf- Service Dept Mgr- and ask Steve if he would handle the roadside service call- bring the battery to me- and install it in the car himself in order to save time. Steve agreed to do so and arrived 30 minutes later- installed the battery- and I was back on the road. This effort on Montgomery Lincoln's part allowed me to keep to an already busy schedule with no additional delay. It also demonstrates how the dealership responded to a customer's request for immediate help- and quickly resolved the problem in a short amount of time. I would like to thank both Andy and Steve again for being so proactive- which has resulted in another satisfied customer. More

Montgomery Lincoln Service I recently had to have a replacement part for a wheel well and was told it would likely be a week before delivery.. I was due to travel out of town fo I recently had to have a replacement part for a wheel well and was told it would likely be a week before delivery.. I was due to travel out of town for a funeral but Christina had the piece delivered and put on before I had to leave town. This is just an example of the extraordinary service that Roger and his entire staff provides. More

Buying a car from Montgomery Lincoln couldn't have been easier. The overall service we received from Tim Thieman and Lisa Coleman bordered on the supernatural. Painless from start to finish. We had purchased our previous car in Florida, where we maintain a residence. While in Cincinnati, we had occasion to use this dealership for service. We were so impressed with Roger Henson that we decided our next vehicle would come from this dealership. We took our car in for service and decided to look while we waited. Roger coupled us up with Tim and in less than an hour we made a new car purchase. Both Tim and Lisa Coleman teamed up to make the transaction '' pain '' free. We are now the owners of a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Thank you Tim, Lisa, and Roger for all your help. Count on us returning in a few years to do business again. More

Dealership=awesome, service center= pathetic 10 months ago I purchased my 2011 Ford Edge from the dealership and every member of the sales department was awesome. So awesome in fact, that two wee 10 months ago I purchased my 2011 Ford Edge from the dealership and every member of the sales department was awesome. So awesome in fact, that two weeks later my husband purchased his 2012 Lincoln MKS there. The truth is, he wasn't in the market for a Lincoln. But the service was so remarkable, we knew we wanted to do all our business with them. A few weeks after my husband purchased his vehicle, we started having trouble with the breaks. The service department did not want to take responsibility but the sales manager (not the service manager) went to bat for us and insisted they make it right. 9 months after I had purchased my Edge, I started experiencing trouble with the center console. The radio would randomly come on and would not turn off. The clock would not change time until I turned off the engine and turned it back on. The Synch system would randomly update, turn on and off... I called the service department and set an appointment. Upon arrival I was told they would look at it today, but not fix it today. I asked for a loaner but was told I could not have a loaner because I purchased a Ford, not a Lincoln. I was also told the diagnostic they performed did not yield and results so I would need to come back for another test so they could determine the problem, then come back again so they could get the part and fix it. I explained that I could not possibly make multiple trips during my work week (45 minutes from home) and again asked that I get a loaner. I was again told I could not, because I only purchased a Ford, and the loaners are reserved for Lincoln owners. On my way home, i received a call from the service department and was told they would give me a rental car if I would commit to getting the vehicle fixed with them before I was given the price for the repair...um, nooooo. When I responded that I did not think it would be wise to commit to paying an unknown price, the man responded again that if I would have purchased a Lincoln instead of a Ford, they would have provided a loaner. So in summary, we purchased a Lincoln because of the incredible service we received when purchasing a Ford. And less than a year later, we are told we will not receive quality care because we purchased the Ford. It's too bad because we felt we had found our "lifetime dealership" and have now decided that we will no longer have our cars services at this dealership, nor will we purchase here again. The condescending attitude of the service department ruined the relationship the sales department worked so hard to create. More

He showed me the option in lieu of repair and by the end, I left with a newer model with only 30k miles on it.. I would definitely recommend seeing Greg at Montgomery Lincoln for your next vehicle. Mongtomery Lincoln did it again! I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Fusion from Montgomery Lincoln. When I left the lot with my new car it was making some brake noises. I w I purchased a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Ford Fusion from Montgomery Lincoln. When I left the lot with my new car it was making some brake noises. I was told by Andy Buck that the noises should go away because they recently did some brake work on the car, but that if they didn't that I could bring the car back for service. After driving the car for a couple days the noise got a little better but did not go away. I contacted Montgomery Lincoln and got an appointment for that very Saturday. I was greeted with a hug from the Business Manager Lisa Coleman thanking me profusely for my nice words about her which I reassured her were all TRUE. My sales consultant Arlene Methven made sure to come find me in the service area to make sure I was well taken care of. And I even saw Andy Buck the General Sales Manager who gave me a big smile and a hello. I was treated very well by the Service person Gregg Seiter and I am completely satisfied with the brake work they did on the Fusion. I have had no noise or problems since! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences so far at Montgomery Lincoln and when I take the car in for its first oil change I feel like I'm going to visit my friends.
