I have never had a bad service experience at this dealership. The staff is very friendly and keeps me informed about what is going on with the work being performed on my vehicle. I usually wait at the dealership while the vehicle is serviced and I love being able to have computer access in their business center. The facility is always clean and they even offer free beverages while you wait. This time I had a coupon for a battery and the battery test revealed a new battery was needed. Unfortunately they didn't have the one in stock that the coupon covered, but the service advisor was able to offer a discount on the more expensive battery they installed. One of my pet peeves is tires not being balanced perfectly and the technician nailed it. More
