Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled me in right away and provided me a loaner vehicle. I was notified that my vehicle was ready within a short period of time. I have used Montgomery Lincoln (formerly Kings Lincoln) for all my service needs for a number of years. They have established a good customer relationship with me and are always friendly and responsive. for all my service needs for a number of years. I have experienced a couple of instances where immediate service was required which didn’t allow me to make an appointment in advance. However, when my car was brought to them they worked to accommodate my needs as quickly as they could and get me back on the road. In another instance, I was caught in traffic and running late to pick up my car. Kayla volunteered to stay a little longer after her normal quitting time so I could retrieve my car. It was very much appreciated and just reinforced my decision to stay with Montgomery Lincoln for all my service needs. More

I have been buying or leasing Lincoln's every two years since 1985 and I've yet to get a bad one. For most of those years I've dealth with Tim Thieman. To say that Tim is one of the main reasons I kept going to Lincoln cars for all these years is an understatement. Tim is an outstanding person with all the knowledge you could ask for about Lincoln cars. His performance is exceptional in all areas. His dedication, initiative, and willingness to put forth an extra effort to enrich the Montgomery Lincoln Dealership has helped make Montgomery Lincoln one of the best car dealerships in the country. Tim has the ability to deal effectively with his co-workers, as well as people from other dealerships. I know this because I have seen him do it. His flexibility enables him to deal with stressful situations, as he works well under pressure and adapts to any situation when it comes up. He is always willing to help others, and is the ultimate team player. He is always trying to do what is needed in order to get the job done. Tim, along with his co-workers, (Lisa Coleman, Andy Buck, Roger Henson, and Gregg Seiter) to name a few, have always shown the interest in the customer that you don't get from other dealerships. I tried to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. I live in Atlanta GA so I had alot of phone work to do to get anything done there. I spoke with Theo about the car for a few days, finally got a brothe live in Atlanta GA so I had alot of phone work to do to get anything done there. I spoke with Theo about the car for a few days, finally got a brother of a friend of a friend to test drive the vehicle for me. Once that was done I set up shipping for the vehicle, called Theo and made a deal on the car, got the amount due on the car, he took my personal information he said he needed for the title work. Dr License number, address, SSN number. He said he would fax me the information in the morning so I could do the wire transfer at the bank and we would be done with the deal. The fax never came, I keep checking along with 2 women in the front office. At 10:30 am he called me to say he sold the vehicle that morning. He said he did not received the wire transfer so he was free to sell the car, I told him he never sent the fax with the information for me to do the wire transfer. He demanded that he did, and I did not act on it. Then I called and spoke to the Used car manager Andy. Tried to talk with him about what just happened, all he could say was "we had no received and money on the car yet, so we sold it" I checked the memory list of the fax machine and we had nothing from the area code of the dealership. I tried to question him as to why he would do this and he made out like it was my fault. This was 2/27/14. On friday morning, I was called up to the front office a little after 10am. I got a fax from Theo at Montgomery Lincoln, top of the page read - 2/28/14 10:17am. It was the information for the wire transfer, and the paperwork I had to sign for buying the car. Only a day late. This is what you would expect from a buy here pay here type of dealership, Not a LINCOLN dealership. Maybe the new car customers get treated fairly due to the money they are spending on the new car purchase. The used car department seems to be a joke, I guess treating folks like this is just normal business practice for them. More

A few days ago, I let Andy know that my wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. He let me know a few days later that they were getting a Town and Country in and that he thought it might be a good in the market for a used minivan. We went and test drove it Monday night, the same day they had gotten it in, and we loved it. Tim took us around the loop and gave us an opportunity to test it out as a family. Lisa got us squared away with all the paperwork that same night. Andy wanted his service guys to take a look at it before we took the van, which was very reassuring that he didn't want us to get stuck with any repairs that weren't obvious. They went ahead and did a few things that were, in my honest opinion, above and beyond what they could have done. Every person we worked with was friendly and it truly felt like they had our best interest in mind. I haven't left many car dealerships with a peace of mind that I wasn't getting taken, but Montgomery Lincoln didn't feel that way AT ALL. I highly recommend seeking out the help of Montgomery Lincoln regardless of what you're looking for. They will do what they can to help you out. More
There is always someone to greet me with a smile when I pull in. Always carry on great conversation with everyone there.
