They guided me to coupons for savings, and even assisted me in redeeming the "mail-in" rebate online. Special thanks to Gregg and Debbie who deserve a shout-out for exceptional friendliness, responsiveness to my questions, and attention to detail. My vehicle is in good hands, and Montgomery Lincoln has earned my return business for years to come. More

Rickie greeted warmly when we first entered the dealership and asked if there was anything he could help us with. Rickie started us out by listing our wants and explaining what could be offered. We spent the next 3 hours test driving Lincoln vehicles with Rickie explaining in detail the various features of the vehicle. Rickie even anticipated our wants and made suggestions which we found very helpful. During our search each time we found a vehicle before we could agree the vehicle was sold out from under us. I imagine if I were in Rickie's shoes I would have become very frustrated. Rickie never showed any of this - he merely assured us that we would find exactly what we wanted but it might take a little more time. We left the dealership with Rickie waiting on vehicle confirmation of availability - once achieved Rickie would contact us by phone. It was a long day but Rickie made it pleasant and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we decided on another vehicle at a Ford dealership but were made more knowledgeable due to time spent with Rickie. We wish Rickie much success as he is one of the "good guys". More

I dread going to the car lot because of the pushy sales people that I feel are ripping me off. This experience was totally different! I was greeted at the car by Greg Gaver, (the nice, cheerful, helpful, professional and refreshing) salesman and we took a test drive. I fell in love with the car! I told him my terms and he worked with me to establish a purchase price that worked out perfectly for both of us! It was easy! Andy worked hard to keep my 5 yr. old daughter busy while I filled out paperwork, which was very much appreciated. Lisa was very thorough with our paperwork and everyone there answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was being pushed around or uncomfortable. I will be a returning customer, and I would encourage anyone looking to buy a car to check Montgomery Lincoln first! Good job Greg! More
Why I Bought a Lincoln I like Arlene. She was easy going and the real reason I came back. I only entered the lot to turn around, and I only stopped because I saw a blue bi I like Arlene. Arlene came out and was super friendly and showed me a few cars while I had time to kill. I told her I'd come back in a couple days to drive some and ended up liking the Lincoln better than the bimmer so that's what I bought. More

Best Staff! I used to have anxiety when shopping for a car but then I met Andy Buck and Lisa Coleman. My Service Experience When I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by my first name. Gregg answered several questions that I had, and then I went to the lounge area t When I arrived at the service desk, I was greeted by my first name. Gregg answered several questions that I had, and then I went to the lounge area to wait while the service was performed. A lady whom I did not recognize offered me a cup of coffee. There was a large screen television in the lounge, and I sat in a comfortable chair and worked in my puzzle book, while listening to the news on the TV. Gregg came over to me to discuss a couple of items that they noted during their inspection, and he asked if I wanted them to take action at this time. (I did.) Within two hours, I was on my way, feeling that I had been treated more like a friend than a customer. Everything that I saw was very clean. I definitely was made to feel welcome, and I intend to return for future servicing and to buy my next car when the time comes. More
