We took a while but Greg was very patient, answered for all of our questions and showed us a lot of additional features we weren't even aware of. At that point we were pretty much sold. After a few more weeks of shopping around and comparing, what brought us back to the MKX was how much was offered in their standard package as well as the professionalism of Chris. Even if the vehicle was what we wanted, if we felt we could not trust the sale associate or the dealership, we would've gone elsewhere... Chris kept in touch with us in a helpful manner that was not intrusive. When we went back to work on a deal with Montgomery Lincoln, Chris, Ricky (another Sales Associate) and Andy (the Sales Manager) all helped with the deal and they were genuinely trying to get us the vehicle we wanted at the best possible price. What we got was "affordable luxury". We love the vehicle and the experience and we are thinking of another purchase to replace an existing car...perhaps an MKZ!!!
