I have leased a Zephyr and 2 MKZ's and this week I purchased a 2013 Ford Focus and I can't use enough superlatives to describe how great my experiences have been. From Tim Thieman going above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle to purchase to my experiences with the great service departments Gregg Seiter. I can't forget how amazing Lisa Coleman is in the Credit Department, she just makes every experience totally painless and always has a smile on her face and a cheerful disposition. I want everyone to know that Montgomery Lincoln is the very BEST and I would never go anywhere else. I will recommend them to my family and friends for any type of lease or purchase and I will continue to steer business their way! They exceeded my expectations and the whole process was just a great experience. Working with Lisa doing the paperwork was a relaxed experience as well. She explained all the paperwork and was very personable and friendly. I have always bought new cars (total of 5) however, this was the first time to buy a used car and it is my dream car- BMW Convertible! Engine Blow Up I brought in my Navigator on a Friday after it started running slow. After 170K miles my transmission gave out. He showed me the option in lieu of repair and by the end, I left with a newer model with only 30k miles on it.. I would definitely recommend seeing Greg at Montgomery Lincoln for your next vehicle. Right from my meeting with Chris Harris, a well polished and professional sales associate to my meeting Andy Buck (General Sales Manager) and Lisa Coleman (Business Manager) I was made to feel very comfortable and without pressure to make a deal happen. This dealership demonstrated a genuine desire to want my business and they earned it, especially when Andy Buck stated that it was his objective to make me happy. On that note I laid out the criteria that would accomplish that goal, a fair trade-in value for my car, a fair price for the vehicle I wanted and the lowest interest rate loan available. They delivered across the board such that, at the end of the day I left with my newly purchased vehicle and just as happy as the personnel mentioned above wanted me to be. My hat is off to the professionalism of those I dealt with and to their genuine expression of appreciation for my business. Bottom line....I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
