Somewhat frustrating Dave Nitz was super nice and very knowledgable. The sales manager Doug could have more personable. Went to drive the new car we were interested in to assure the size was comfortable in our garage only to find out it had been sold a few days earlier. It would have been nice to have known that before we went as all knew we weren't interested in the other similar new cars they presently had. Ended up buying the car that had been traded in on the car that we were initially interested in as it was virtually identical to the one that we had wanted, but two years older. Negotiations with Doug were terse. Service at the dealership is five star! Roger and Gregg have been outstanding in timeliness and helpfulness. They have serviced our cars since 2008 and are superb!
