Service was outstanding all across the board! I work at the Ronald McDonald House in Mpls and I brought one of our vans in for an oil change and to see if new tires were needed. Peter Hasselquist I work at the Ronald McDonald House in Mpls and I brought one of our vans in for an oil change and to see if new tires were needed. Peter Hasselquist referred me to Greg Holbrook and the two of them went above and beyond! As I sat in the lounge, I observed top notch customer service by every employee interacting with their customers. Not only did they change the oil, complete a tranny flush, put on 4 new tires AND a new set of brakes on our van, but when it came time to pick it up, I was informed that it was considered a donation. They were more concerned about the safety of our families and supporting a local non-profit than making a profit themselves. I will highly recommend this team at Lincoln Bloomington for service on any vehicle. I'm sure their sales team is just as delightful to work with! More

Major Service Fail I brought my wife's car into the dealership because the car was stuck in reverse, and running fine otherwise. When Dan called to talk to my wife abou I brought my wife's car into the dealership because the car was stuck in reverse, and running fine otherwise. When Dan called to talk to my wife about the car, he said that the battery was also bad and wouldn't take a charge. We were frustrated that somehow between our house, and getting into service that the battery mysteriously would be bad. We decided to pickup a battery at Sams club, because their estimated charge of 200 for a new battery seemed excessive, and would install it after picking up the ford escape. I just picked up the car this morning, and found it odd that the car started normally & immediately brought it to a company that could check the battery to see if it was indeed bad. The battery tested good, and I will never trust this company again for a car purchase or maintenance. You expect that when you build a relationship with a dealership, and have purchased a couple vehicles with them.. honesty, and integrity would be a way of doing business. More
Absolutely the worst service center in the Twin Cities I had repairs done on my Lincoln MKC. I wasn’t given a rental “ because they didn’t have any”. If you purchase a Pre Certified Lincoln, Lincoln the ma I had repairs done on my Lincoln MKC. I wasn’t given a rental “ because they didn’t have any”. If you purchase a Pre Certified Lincoln, Lincoln the manufacturer requires you to be in a Lincoln. Instead I paid for a rental out of pocket. When I returned the rental when my car was completed they gave me my completed car and called me over 1 hour later claiming I had “ damaged the vehicle!” Scratches all over it claiming I need to pay for it. Called my insurance and filed a claim! My vehicle was released to me and this damage was not done by me. It’s their obligation to Che l the vehicle out prior to dropping it off not afterwards. I called a manager to discuss. Never received a call back. Complete xxxx show you’d think you pay more for a luxary vehicle - youd receive better service. I’ll be calling the manufacturer to let them know how this location operates More
