Unprofessional service center Do not take your vehicle to get service here ever. I purchase a srt8 from here 2020. The sales guy was great and the finance office not to bad could have been better. I usually purchase from Walser in Bloomington but they didn’t have this vehicle. Drop off my vehicle to get the rust proofing, interior protection and ceramic wrap around the bumper etc. The loaner I was given was a 2018 Ford Taurus. The interior was cleanish the door jams and bottom insides of the doors looked like they had not been washed since 2018. My vehicle was suppose to be done on Friday by noon. It is now Friday evening 3pm and it’s still not ready yet. I dropped it off Wednesday evening. I’m so disappointed with this company and will never ever bring my vehicle back here for anything. I’m just hoping that the workmanship is better if not I pay to have it done somewhere else. More
