I went to them because of my current credit issues. the only problem we had was the 21 day permit expired and didn't get license plates till a week passed the permit. other then that everything else is just fine on car. I am someone that never takes the time to write reviews, typically because I forget to, but I had such an amazing experience with Bloomington Lincoln I am someone that never takes the time to write reviews, typically because I forget to, but I had such an amazing experience with Bloomington Lincoln Ford it would be hard to forget to leave a review. Nate Bash was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car. This was my first time buying a car on my own, so I was very nervous that I would be taken advantage of or rushed to make a decision. Nate gave me a pressure free experience and explained the pro's and con's of the different cars I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable and honest which I really liked about him. I ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Fusion which I couldn't be more happy with. When I purchased the car, I saw it in the dark, and did not see a couple of the minor scratches and dings on it. Bloomington Lincoln Ford took responsibility for it and had them repaired. I recommend Bloomington Lincoln Ford & Nate Bash to anyone looking for a new car. More
Shady Dealership Bloomington Lincoln Bloomington MN We drove over from WI to purchase (cash deal) a 2008 Van on January 29, 2016. While prepping vehicle the sales person Jennifer noticed Tire Sensor lig We drove over from WI to purchase (cash deal) a 2008 Van on January 29, 2016. While prepping vehicle the sales person Jennifer noticed Tire Sensor light on, she took into service they tried to reset sensor and decided it needed replacement, we waited at dealership while they supposedly went to local GM to get sensor and reset. We left dealer and were only 20 minutes down hwy when light came on. We were in rush hour traffic so couldn't stop immediately to check for flat tire etc. so we pulled into Woodbury Mall immediately put a call into call Jennifer our salesperson. were told she was with another customer so we checked tires to make sure tires weren't flat/low pressure and when they all checked out fine we drove unto our hotel in Hudson . We again called dealership from the hotel parking lot around 5:30 pm and spoke to Gary the sales manager. We asked if we should come back to Bloomington Lincoln and Gary stated we should take it to our local GM dealer get it repaired and send him the bill. ( WE HAVE OUR PHONE RECORDS ) We were staying in Hudson that night to visit our daughter at UW River falls, and decided to double check on Saturday in case they wanted us to bring the van back before we headed the 4 hours home. We were again told to take the vehicle to our local dealer and send bill. We did as we were told, after having a second sensor repaired back home we sent bill to Jennifer, waited 2 weeks then called , amazingly it was lost in mail. So my husband faxed it . another 2 weeks went by no reply finally Jennifer returned our call and couldn't remember any of it, After a heated discussion I was able to jog her memory, she said she would investigate it. Nothing again. We contacted again and got Gary he too has given us the runaround. Here we sit another week or two has gone by completely ignored with a $300 dollar repair bill . So we are filing with Better Business Bureau and hopefully others will not be put in our situation. Beware we have seen many poor reviews on various websites, Don't bother trying to read or write any reviews on their own website, strangely that section of their website is "Unavailable" which leaves me to think they have much to hide. More

If that wasn't the best thing the price was amazing, it was about $1000 cheaper than KBB, I was seriously considering this deal as too good to be true, but it wasn't, I have bumper to bumper protection on this car, Jenn was so helpful and so so sweet- she made me feel comfortable, did not push anything on me. If I was to make a suggestion was the rest of the crew sorta just hung around while Jenn was running around helping me and others out. I consider these people as Frenemies...Please read brought a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited Edition with 31,000 miles for almost $23,000. I complained about the noise from the rotors the same day but was to brought a 2014 Ford Taurus Limited Edition with 31,000 miles for almost $23,000. I complained about the noise from the rotors the same day but was told that the car had set up and would eventually go away. Once this never went away, I called them to complain but was ignored. The only way I ended up speaking to someone about the issue was because I went into the dealership. They had their own service department fix the rotors..they refuse to pay the full cost and stated that they would split the cost with me. I paid them $225 only to find out that they tried to turn the rotors and couldn't but still chose to put the same rotors back on the car anyhow. They noise continue and I complained again but was told they fixed the issue and would not do anything else for me. I took the car to tires Plus in Apple Valley only for them to tell me I not only need rotors but tires too. The tires were so bad because they had 0% thread left on them. Which is illegal for anyone to sell a car like this to another person especially a dealership. I complained and they accused Tires Plus of trying to get money from me. So I took the car to another reputable dealer" Apple Valley Ford" and they told me the same thing. The representative was so upset he called Bloomington Lincoln to advocate for me. They told him I brought the car as is and he said that was ridiculous. He told me to go back up their. He said that dealerships are required to do a safety inspection and they should have done one. They didn't even tell him that they were the ones who had put the bad rotors on the car after they told me that they fixed it. I'm taking them to court. Their own service technician stated that the car was dangerous for me to drive but the owner decline to fix the rotor and replace the tires.The staff is rude all the way up from the service manager thru the owner. Please be ware of this dealership...they are your friends until after they have your money..I call them frenemies...friends/enemies...PLEASE BE WARE • • • More
