This place is a big scam. Firstly we had a big issue, while purchasing a vehicle, with Robert Sorensen, financial manager who was blackmailing us and way trying to milk every Firstly we had a big issue, while purchasing a vehicle, with Robert Sorensen, financial manager who was blackmailing us and way trying to milk every penny out of our pockets to close the deal. Thankfully we would never deal with him and this dealership when comes to new vehicle purchase, Secondly, on July 28th I brought my Aviator for basic, annual oil and lube change. What can possible go wrong ? Nothing ? DANG ! Pretty much everything. The service advisor was nice and polite to offer me Uber to take me to the local mall but she forgot to call me back and let me know the vehicle is ready for pick-up; So, I called her. No answer and I left her a message. When she called me back I was eating my lunch and I requester the Uber to come to pick me up in 10 minutes. She asked if is possible to schedule Uber in 10 min and it would be there in 15-20. Of course. But she forgot that s**t as well and I had to wait for another half and hour before calling her back again. She apologized. The day got busy and she forgot. Sheep happen ! Apology accepted, no questions asked. When I came in and got mu fob back I started the vehicle and "driver door failure" light came immediately on the dash board. The vehicle was still in the dealership. Ohh, I am so sorry but we missed that. Missed that ? The light wasn't on when I brought in the vehicle. They took the vehicle back upstairs and discovered the latch was defective and they have to order it. "But you're fine, you can drive normally. Nothing can happen to you.'" Except you can fall out of the vehicle on the middle of the interstate. Beside that, they forgot to take care of 3 out of 3 NYS safety recalls while the vehicle was inside the dealership. Who gives a fudge ? Nobody, it's just a safety recall. The worst thing what can happen to you is you can die while driving your Lincoln. That really upset me and I wrote my review on Google. In a day or do I got one of those moronic AI responses how they really feel sorry about my recent experience and they asked me to contact service department manager Frank Scott directly which I immediately did. And guess what happened ? NO xxxx happened ! Bloke never called me nor replied back to my email. Now, three weeks out, my car is still sitting in my driveway, because I cannot drive. Driver's front door rare defective, or latch but I would like to find a more interesting way to die than fell out the door on the freeway. Three safety recalls aren't still addresses and the dealership is still not giving a fudge. Do I blame them ? Fudge no ! I blame myself for believing is such a xxxx such as MAGA and after owned Infinity and Acura I went with American assembled vehicle, if Illinois is the part of USA. My next vehicle will be a true Chinese brand, made in China. Not those Chinese knock offs such a Lincoln. Yes, and I will buy it from one of those car wending machines which you can see driving on the freeway. No MAGA, no dealerships, no fudge, no MAGA xxxx !!! More
