Daniel Byun met us and got us settled in the very lovely and comfortable waiting room area, reappeared in a few minutes with the news the last part had been used the day before, began talking about getting the part so a new appointment could be made for the next week or so. In a few minutes he was walking toward us again, this time to say they had worked out a way to use the last part they had on another vehicle and get another part in and on that vehicle before it was scheduled to be picked up! These are the kind of considerations so appreciated… all so we wouldn’t have the inconvenience and disappointment of having to reschedule again and make another drive down a busy freeway. We also enjoyed Bruce, the concierge manning the waiting room. He was personable and very kind, offering us cookies and beverages while we waited. In wasn’t long before Daniel was approaching to tell us our car was washed and ready. Yes! They washed the car. We will definitely return when we have any further need of repair for our car.
